List of Hardeep Singh's Reviews
Dr. Singh is a very good doctor and knows his specialty. He doesn’t waste time talking about mundane subjects but gets to the heart of the problem in quick order. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Singh is horrible! After being diagnosed with cancer my oncologist and primary requested I have a colonoscopy. Singh refused each time stating it wasn’t necessary. Finally my oncologist set up a colonoscopy at Moffitt and they found 3 precancerous polyps. Thankfully I didn’t listen to Dr Singh.
One star is too generous. He even told me he has been telling me since 2009 an issue; I didn't even live in this city until 2019. Totally dismissive, arrogant, does NOT listen.
Dr.Singh has been caring forme over 20 years. He's very nice and polite and so is his wife. I love you guys. Team Singh
I would not recommend Dr. Hardeep Singh to anyone. He acted in an arrogant and condescending manner as soon as he came into the exam room. He folded his arms and asked me to explain why I was there. I told him that along with the diarrhea, I had a constant pain in my lower left side. He seem to think I was a hypochondriac based on past visits for diarrhea and procedures performed by Dr. Paulk. He was very dismissive at this point. It was about here in our conversation that I told him that my stomach also hurt when I took a deep breath. He actually laughed at this and said “there is no medical reason for that.” His physical examination of me appeared to be an afterthought, as he had left the room and came right back in to push around on my stomach, indicating he found nothing wrong. He had a nurse come in and give me lab sheets for stool and blood work. I will not be following back up with this guy.
A family member had tests done on 9/27. The clinic scheduled her follow up for 10/4 due to poor prognosis. Then they didnt get tests to lab in Tampa till 10/3 so were forced to reschedule for today. After MULTIPLE calls verifying appt for today, the clinic calls YESTERDAY AFTER CLOSE OF BUSINESS to cancel today’s appointment citing no results yet. Turns out all the results are in hand except one. In trying to talk to Dr Singh’s nurse, she is NEVER available and desk staff apparently can’t find her. So, here we are sitting on a poor prognosis, waiting in limbo for results, treatment options, etc but no one can answer a call or return a call, and they expect us to wait till Monday for an appt. At this point, we have no faith in this doctor, his nurse, or any of the clinic staff, because despite their excuses - none of it makes any sense. If the diagnosis is as poor as Dr Singhs prognosis, time is of the essence, yet no one at that clinic appears to care at all.
This doctor saw my husband at TMH and Had a very positive attitude towards a very difficult situation ! Amazing emergency care provided .Thank You Dr Singh
Told me my genetic disease was in my head, and I needed to “cut it out,” because “TPN is dangerous.” DUH. I wasn’t on it because I wanted to be. A friend with the same disease called my hospital room crying because of the things he said to her in her hospital room. (He scared her and blamed her for a physical illness she had no control over.) And later, when I was diagnosed with a life-threatening cancer in my 30’s and was tearful because I had little ones and didn’t want to die, he told me, “Young people die all the time,” and then proceeded to tell me about a younger patient of his who had a newborn and died. “That’s life,” he said. REALLY?! Also, it seemed like he wanted to talk to my husband about my situation and plan of care instead of talking to me about my situation and plan of care. I did wonder at the time if he had a bias against women or just me personally. In fairness, I WAS tearful, so perhaps that was just unpleasant for him. Either way, I avoid him whenever possible.
Dr. Singh provided quality care and took the time to explain in detail the results of surgery.
I saw Dr. Singh as my prior Gastroenterologist had retired. I had been diagnosed with pre Barrett's , a form of pre esophageal cancer. I was advised to be on omeprazole 40 mg in the am and 20 mg in the pm for a year and then another upper endoscopy to see if the pre Barrett's had improved or worsened. Of course my family and I were extremely concerned about this pre cancer. The day of my endoscopy with Dr. Singh he never saw me until after the procedure. It was a busy day so I was put in a wheel chair and placed behind a curtain waiting for him to tell me and my wife the results. He showed up never introduced himself or shook my hand. He just said " you are fine and you can go." I said I was told I had pre Barrett's by biopsy last year. He said " you don' t have any thing wrong with you." I said what about a follow up appointment? He said " you can go " and acted like my prior gastroenterologist didn't know what he was talking about even with the biopsy and the pathology report saying pre Barrett's. What he didn't t know is that I am a provider and refer ALL of my patients to Digestive Disease Center because of the excellent care they have received in the past and the reports they give me in feed back. I did have one patient I referred to DDC to see a gastroenterologist ASAP and it was Dr. Singh. When the patient came back they were furious with me and said they would never go back to DDC because of the way they had been treated by Dr. Singh. I for one have experienced the same attitude from him as if I was bothering him and wasting his time. He didn't have a concern about my concerns over my personal health issues. I will continue to refer my patients ti DDC but NEVER will any of my patients be seen by Dr. Singh. I have always said I would not refer a patient of mine to someone I would not go to. Dr. Singh is one that I will never go to again and none of my patients will either.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
