First let me say that the doctors and staff at CRMC is above excellent We have always had great service and the best of care. That being said the parking dilemma is the worst I have ever seen I have an elderly parent with numerous heart and lung issues and I have to drop him off and then go drive and drive and drive around looking for somewhere to park. Was there no discussion of additional parking needs?? It is apparent that there was NO planning when the new construction was discussed and now it is nothing short of awful One time I had to park on the grass because there was absolutely no place to park and then got a warning ticket Cmon CRMC do your patients better

Usually I have a pretty good experience here. However today was not the case. I called about 230 to make a appointment because I was having  excruciating pain in my right ear. It started when I woke up about one oclock. The operator said I would get a call shortly. I finally got a got a call over an hour later. I told the nurse the situation. She asked if I had a cold and if I had any history of an ear infection. After I answered her questions which was no to both she pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and I should just take some Motrin and use warm compress on my ear. I explain to the nurse that I would rather come in and get checked out because I already notified my job I wouldnt be there because of the pain. The nurse the informed me I probably wouldnt get one anyway and then tells me the only opening they have is at 7 pm.  I accepted because really needed to figure out what was going on. I ended up driving to Quincy emergency roomGadsden Community Hospital and checking in about 340. The nurse got me in and ask me a few questions and explained to that there was a living INSECT in my ear.  They put some type of liquid in my ear and pretty much killed it inside my ear which by the way was very painful. They then try to flush the insect out of my ear but couldnt get it out because it was too deep. So now I have to go to a specialist tomorrow to get it removed. No help to the capital regional medical center nurse.

My first time to have any major surgery so I was a little nervous but everything thing went very well All the nurses and doctors are very informative and with you every step of the way. I’m very thankful they were there for me.Excellent staff and excellent hospital

We went to the ER and the care was amazing. My wife was admitted for surgery. Dr Candace Gonzalez is an angel. We were treated like royalty by the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure my wife was comfortable and taken care of. I would like to thank everyone at the hospital for the kindness that was shown to us.

I couldn’t have asked for a better medical team in my time of need. The surgery went well and my stay went well. Everyone was wonderful from my surgeon to my nurses and CNA’s and dietary Very nice hospital as well.

I been sitting in a chair for 10 HOURS STRAIGHT waiting on a bed to be available in ICU and I am pregnant EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE NOt that much attention I could of been got the shot and been under observation and been on my way home to my TWO LITTLE GIRLS BACK AT HOME AND IN MY COMFORTABLE BED

The parking here is horrendous it’s flat out awful You have to park down the the street somewhere. The wait time for a 1200 noon procedure was ridiculous it was after 3 pm before my procedure so I sat there since noon time.These 2 things they need to work at immediately. If I had known how long I had to wait I would have brought my iPad to watch a movie. I even saw some people with a walker trying to get there walking a long way and I felt bad seeing this. Definitely will have to rethink if I go here again due to these issues.I would like to add that the nursing staff was outstanding they could not have been nicer.

Wait time was minimal less than 5 minutes. Triage was excellent. My only complaint would be that I never saw the doctor until right before discharge.

My last visit at CRMC was a disgrace. The doctors and nurses judged me and did not take my illness seriously
