I arrive 15 minutes early, I feel that is the polite thing to do. My appointment was for 10 am in the morning which is an hour after they open. I ended up waiting just shy of an hour and a half. This doctor just doesn't care about you, your rights or your time. He is the great and powerful Oz and you are a peasant. When I pointed out how long I had been waiting he smiles, says he is sorry in a smarmy way; he didn't mean it. He may be a decent doctor but he sure doesn't know how to control things or run an office efficiently at all. I am going to try my best to find another doctor that my insurance company will cover as I have been to this one several times and he always dissapoints.

This doctor might be a great "doctor" but he is very disrespectful of your time. Be prepared to wait an hour possibly longer, even if you appointment is only one hour into their day they somehow manage to get that far behind. I go because I have to but if I did not have cancer and require his unique services I would avoid this guy like the plague! He knows there isn't another doctor in my city that will accept my insurance so I have no choice in this matter; I always leave there feeling pissed on and disrespected by him, what an asshole!
