She is friendly, polite, and listens well to the patient, but she did not examine my mom. She did not touch her during her physical. I have never been to a doctor that did not perform a physical exam on a patient during a well check, especially being the first time. We were there to establish a new doctor since I moved my Mom to Tallahassee a couple of months earlier. I am not sure, we will stay a little longer and see how it goes from here.

I Have been trying to call and reschedule my missed appointment from last week for the past 5 days!! Everytime I call I'm caller number 18 in the QUE!! So yesterday I decided I was gonna get thru no matter what!! I put my phone on speaker and started a load of laundry, I washed dishes and swept my entire kitchen!! After 37 minutes I was caller number 14!! I decided not to give up!! I mean I had come so far, why would I quit now right!! So I took a shower, got dressed, did my make up, and flat ironed my hair!! Next I got in my car and went out to grab lunch from zaxbys!! I then said to myself it felt more like a chick fila kinda day so I drove across the street!! By this time you would think I was at least caller number 5 or 6, NOPEEE i was still only caller Number 14 in the QUE!!! The online portal doesn't work so this is the only way to communicate with this office!! Smh yea HORRIBLE!!!and I feel sorry for the people that need immediate help because you won't be getting it hear!!!!!

And they need to hire ppl who wanna work and deal with patients…They will let the phone ring for ever then pick it up and hang it up, this is ridiculous and I’m tired of it!!!!!

She has a Genuine concern for her Patients health. She listens to your concerns, thoroughly review your lab results. I'm so happy with Dr AbdelMagid the I have referred her to my co-workers.

I came for an annual checkup, but the office billed it as a normal office visit (even though I met her for 10 minutes for a very routine checkup). I've called the billing department and insurance company several times to reevaluate the claim code as a wellness visit, and they have been far from helpful. Called the doctor's office to see if they could help with the process and the front desk would not even put me through to the doctor to speak for 5 minutes. They said I would have to go in for another appointment (where they can bill me $200 again) just to speak with the doctor about a billing issue that they caused. Avoid at all costs.

Asked (maybe) two questions, very short annual physical. No general health discussion aside from patient listing health concerns. She types, then prescribes and/or refers. I gave her 3 chances (visits) so I could try changing my approach or hoping she was having off days.

My appointment reminder call sent me to the wrong office location, resulting in a long drive across town. That said, the appointment, when I finally got to it, was very good and professional.
