Very very nice

The doctor is great, but I've been calling for 3 days straight and I can't get his office staff to answer the phone.

This was my first experience regarding colonoscopy preventative screening. Everyone was very nice and professional. The young lady who wheels you to your car is a jewel. She's very bright and bubbly in spirit. I really like Dr. Muniyappa, he listens and makes you feel like he cares. Last, he doesn't rush his patients and is very honest, respectful and thorough.

I felt like a don’t care make fun of you culture permeated the office. From the looks of you’re bothering me at the front desk to the joking manner my testing and follow ups were done. Although the Dr was thorough and he seemed to care.

Arrived at 6:45 am for an endoscopy. Not a single person in the office and lights were off. Left at 7:30 am. Left a note and expressed my displeasure with their unprofessional conduct.

The building entrance signage is horrible. The main front facing of building has no signage. The side of the building with GHC Tallahassee Gastro Health signage is not an accessible entrance to patients. There is a sign on the side door entrance of GHC Tallahassee Gastro Health Center indicating to walk around to the front to enter building. Only 3 handicap parking places are available and they are located on the side of the building a good distance from main entrance. Patients arrive and park by the side of the building with the GHC signage, approach the door, only to read they need to walk around to the front of the building that has no signage. CRAZY! As other reviewers have noted the office staff sometimes can be inconsistent and perhaps routine customer service and engagement training could be helpful. High marks for Dr. Kishor Kumar Muniyappaas a competent and caring provider.

Dr Muniyuppa was absolutely delightful! Wonderful bedside manner and very caring….listened to my concerns and will work with me to come up with a plan to address my issues….very thorough and was not in a hurry ! The staff was also very professional…..Joshua [referral tech] was very helpful getting me in sooner …..an absolute delightful person….I would highly recommend anyone having gastro issues to make an appointment with this clinic! This is the kind of care we should come to expect from all of our providers! Sad to say that just is not the case!

Dr. Muniyappa is the most caring and the best Doctor I have ever seen. I have never received this level of treatment from any other doctor. Tallahassee is lucky to have him.

What a bunch of jerks. I'm having terrible stomach problems and went for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. They told me I'd be called in a week. Two weeks later, I called to ask a question about a DRUG INTERACTION and they did not return my call. Called back today and was told they weren't going to call me back, or schedule a follow-up, because the tests were normal. Now according to every IBS website out there, tests come back normal because it is a functional disease. So I'm left with a prescription I can't get refilled and NO ANSWERS. I am beyond angry. This doctor's office was also very rude to my mother in the past (which I did not realize). Pathetic excuse for a medical team.

Dr. Muniyappa is an excellent doctor. I'll recommend him to anyone.
