I wish I could give Dr. Harper more than five stars! He's very personable and with this being my first surgery, I couldn't have felt more reassured in my decision to proceed with the surgery. I received a breast reduction and my results have been outstanding and he was always more than happy to answer any of questions pre/post-op.

Dr.Larry Harper is the best I’m loving my results from my breast reduction also the staff is amazing ,they are very friendly and just make you feel very comfortable you won’t be disappointed if you go with Tallahassee plastic surgery center to perform your surgery

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Harper and his staff. I was a bit apprehensive about my husband not being able to accompany me due to Covid restrictions however they rose to the occasion making me feel at ease and assuring me that all was well. Customer service and bedside manner at its best. Now for my procedure. I am pleases beyond measure! Awesome job! So happy I did it! Dr. Harper and his staff answered questions and I did have some (just my OCD). But they were very understanding and caring! I would highly recommend Dr. Harper and his staff! You would be in very good hands! A special shout out to Megan and Caitlin! You ladies were phenomenal! This team matched with God and much prayer UNSTOPPABLE! Dr. Harper and his PA, Megan, have been wonderful to deal with. I am super pleased with my recent surgery. I’ve also started getting Botox and Megan has made the experience enjoyable, which is quite an accomplishment for someone who doesn’t care for needles.

Great environment, great staff, and they really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

After carefully researching a very big surgery I would need, I found Dr. Larry Harper, which has been nothing short of a godsend. I met Dr. Harper and his staff and I was armed with a ton of questions. Within a few minutes upon meeting Dr. Harper, he had answered every question I’d had without my even asking them. It was as if he read my mind! His obvious passion and easygoing nature put me at ease and I knew in my heart I had found the best person for the job. It has now been three weeks since my surgery and I could not be more pleased with the results. My husband is also very happy with the attention and care I’ve received from Dr. Harper. I must also include Megan Wilson, PA-C in my praise. She has been incredible and her attention to detail is unmatched. I feel so very blessed to have found this team that I want to tell everyone. Can you tell I am a highly satisfied patient? Lol

Being a past patient of Dr. Harper's, I highly recommend this group for surgery as well as skin care and botox. Megan is great and very detail oriented and works with you on exactly what you want, and does not leave a bruise!

I just had a consultation with Dr. Harper for wanting to help with my hyperpigmentation. He suggested instead of getting multiple treatments that wouldn’t help much due to still having active acne and spending money unnecessarily seeing little to no results, to see one of his estheticians and get the acne under control. It was helpful seeing as though I would love to halt the problem first before trying to correct it. With that being said, I absolutely would recommend him to anyone who might be dealing with the same problem but has acne under control. He is a joy to be around!
