I had no problems. Dr. Taylor was very professional and accessible throughout the initial consult, colonoscopy, and the referral process to a surgeon. He impressed me as very compassionate... but what I liked the most was how detailed and maticulous he was in diagnosing my condition. It is rare to find a physician who has a good bedside manner and a Sherlock Holms mentality. I was also impressed with his Nurses as well.

I waited over 3 hours for a sigmoidoscope exam--they called me to come in 2 hours earlier than scheduled, then waited 3 hours to have it. He made my condition worse, couldn't get him or his NP Jason to change medicine after telling him that it wasn't doing any good. Had to go to the ER when condition got severe. He misdiagnosed my problem---then sent me a huge bill!!!
