Dr Waldenberger was pretty judgmental and unhelpful when I went in to see him (only once) but my real reason for leaving this review is that someone in his front office staff is extremely rude. I asked for a referral to another doctor and after being told by multiple people he would write it for me, some lady calls me saying he wouldn’t and was very rude on the phone when I didn’t understand why. Would not recommend using this office.

Yes. Dr. Waldenberger is an excellent, compassionate and friendly doctor. BUT: This afternoon, I had an appt. with an ARNP, Erin Ayers. When I arrived at the front desk, a young woman named Jennifer told me Ms. Ayers was running 30-40 minutes late. That was annoying, but much worse was this front desk person's brusque and unfriendly manner. "Snippy" would be an understatement. Jennifer brought out a paper mask and told me my cloth mask, which I have used (more than one, of course) since early 2020, was not adequate. All of this was made much worse by this young woman's manner/personality. Finally, I was so irritated that I cancelled my appt. with ARNP Ayers and left. In my opinion, this woman should be working with documents only - I found her to be offensive and NOT a people person at all. I do hope CRMG's Business Manager gets this message - I tried to reach her by phone when I got home, but Jennifer answered and said the manager was not there. Valerie Janard

Dr.Waldenberger (and his nurse Ariel?)are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. His bedside manner and wealth of experience is exemplary !!

Dr. Waldenberger is very professional in his dealings with his patients. He gives the necessary time to listen to the patients concerns and is very proactive in making sure that all the patients medical needs are met.

The best doc! Dr. Waldenberger has been my PCP for 25 years. I'll never give him up, and I always tell him so! He is attentive, compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable. I trust every word he says, and he's never been wrong with his diagnoses or treatments. In any urgent matter, he's had me come in quickly or called in scripts. In non-urgent matters, I get responses within a day, if not hours. He even personally returned a phone call on a Saturday and once called in scripts late afternoon on Christmas Eve. He teases me about everything, and he always makes me laugh! He's an intelligent & experienced physician and a wonderful human being with a very caring heart. His staff is pleasant and helpful as well. This is a fantastic group of people!

Dr. Waldenberger, whom I met for the first time on Thursday, July 16 during a brief visit! He was replacing my PCP, Dr. Abdelmagid, who was absent on maternity leave. So Dr. Waldenberger discussed the results of my recent fasting bloodwork with me and it was decided that I needed no meds for any reasons at this time. I have Type 2 diabetes and manage it with diet and exercise. Although my sugar can be higher at times, I watch it pretty closely and do not crave it! He told me to continue my over-the-counter pills and this includes my low-dose 81 mg. coated aspirin tablets. So he asked me some questions and concluded by declaring me a “healthy” person. His main suggestion, besides keeping my diet healthy, was for me to lose some weight!! Very hard to do with a slow metabolism that hinders my rapid weight loss. All in all, my appointment with Dr. Waldenberger was very informative and quite interesting!

Past week I saw Dr. Waldenberger. On my visits with him, he listens to me as well as my wife. He involves both of us in my care. He also has a wonderful sense of humor we enjoy.

Been a patient about 5 years. My background is medical implants with lots of years in the OR. Dr. Waldenberger is the most responsive internist I have ever had, as he answers any medical question I have with honesty and practical experience!
