Dr m. Shretha is outstanding!! He really is concern about my over all health, I wasn’t getting answers I have needed in the past and just in the last few weeks with a couple surgeries coming up and meds, I got an answer finally from someone and I trust him as well!!

The office is horrible at communicating with their patients They don’t answer the phone and don’t return phone calls. Your treatment is not important to them I cannot get the treatment I need due to this office not doing their job

Dr. Shrestha showed that he cared about me, a patient with rheumatoid arthritis, no medication, and having a flare up of symptoms. He called in a temporary prescription until my appointment without even being asked by me to do that. Not may doctors in Tallahassee would have done that. I gave him a big hug when my appointment arrived! Valerie Janard

Dr. Shrestha is an Awesome Awesome doctor!!! HE listens to you and how you feel! I would recommend Dr. Shrestha to anyone needing Rheumatologist! Such a sweet Dr. I can't stress it enough!

The doctor wasn't in a hurry, but he does talk fast. I think it is just his personality. My daughter is 18 and was diagnosed with RA. He was very thorough with her. We arrived early for our appointment and we were seen right away. The xray process was also very quick. Doctor was very pleasant and actually spent a lot of time with us, and explaining to her. I liked that he spoke with her and didn't direct everything at the parent. All around great experience, and I am glad he is her doctor now.

Not a fan of Dr S, but really cant say his knowledge and treatment of me is bad. Problem is with his office staff. I cant get in touch with a human at this establishment! Leave a message...rarely a return, sometimes many days later. Every time a prescription is due, there is a problem, they wont answer back to the pharmacist therefor long delays in getting prescriptions filled missing several weeks of injections (start all over from scratch). Staff once neglected to call in a new prescription (still haven't got it). Very problematic when you live 2 hours away and cant just pop in for results. Service here sucks, they don't care. Even reception is dry when reporting in. You are just a insurance payment.
