Matthew C Lee's Online Review Report Card

My experience at TOC’s Dr M Lee’s office was a good experience . I was seen by Dr Lees team PA right on time of my appointment. She showed me the MRI of my low back and the L4 fracture from the bad fall a week prior. She answered questions. I was disappointed I didn’t see Dr. Lee during that appointment but understood Dr. Lee wants to wait until my back has 8 weeks to heal then new pictures will show a truer form before he determines what can be done to relieve my pain. The PA gave me an RX for pain and promptly returned my phone calls to explain it takes 6 weeks to heal a fracture and they are painful. When I initially signed into the clinic I had to wait about an hour and 45 minutes before I started to complain and was finally checked in. I waited to get X-rays until I complained again and they said they were going to have the order called over that it hadn’t been called over which I didn’t understand.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Lee was very professional and explained my condition very well where I could understand. I would recommend Dr Lee and his staff to anyone.

The very first time I met Dr Lee, he made me feel at ease and relieved at the same time. God placed me in the hands of one of his best doctors. Dr Lee said to me. I can fix you and those words resonated so deep down in me and I've been repeating them to myself because just with those words alone he has given me a hope that my life will be better after my surgery. His empathy, he has for his you is beyond words. He is caring and understanding of your needs and goes above and beyond explaining every detail of your care that you will receive from him and his staff. His staff are like angels they really care and really call you back the same day. We all know that's rare in a doctor's office. I'm very confident that he is without the only doctor for me. I'm looking forward to my surgery under his care and my family is confident God has truly placed me in not just capable hands but knowledgeable and caring and loving hands with Dr Lee and his staff. I trust them completely with my health.

Dr.Lee is very professional and can explain problems in terms the average non-medical person can understand. He will take the time to listen to your questions and not rush you.

This is the first doctor in years to validate my pain to see that it is there and help me do something to fix it. I haven't had my surgery yet on my neck my spinal cord is compressed in two places. I have it here soon within the month. I feel so comfortable with this doctor only meeting him once and I feel very comfortable with him. It's in his hands and God's hands now. I'll do another review when it's all done and over. Prayers appreciated though for a good outcome.
