One of the best doctors of any kind that I have ever consulted, with many decades of doctor visits behind me. He is the best of all regarding my intracranial aneurysm. He is very conscientious and patient-oriented. He went out of his way on my behalf in 2014 and is the best listener you could ask for. I need his services again in 2023, non-urgently, and am hoping to meet with him soon.

Has to be the worse experience we have ever been through, sister had a stroke and passed, now it's time for the funeral home to pick her up and can't because this Dr. hasn't finished the paperwork. Will be seeking legal advice.

My husband was in TMH and Dr Lawson saved his life- my husband is 90 now and without Dr Lawson he wouldn’t be here today. He was very good and explained what was causing my husbands mini strokes and what he was going to do. We are very fortunate to have Dr Lawson in Tallahassee, Kitte Carter (James, Jimmy Carter)

Dr. Lawson is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. In addition he has a great bedside manner. He explains your situation in a way you can understand and draws pictures. He is straight forward in his explanations. He is very approachable. I definitely recommend him!

He may be knowledgeable, but he's controlling, domineering, interrupts, and has no sympathy.

I called today to inquire about my referral to Dr. Lawson from my GP and the office staff were not only a bit rude but very indifferent and cold toward my situation. They told me my referral was denied because there is nothing they can do for a Transverse Process Fracture - which is understandable - but if I hadn't called 3 1/2 weeks after my accident, I'm not sure how I was to know this information. The woman told me if I really wanted an appointment there were not any for another three weeks in a harsh tone.

Dr. Is so rude, uninterested in your health, and lacks empathy. Don't go because you are certain to be disappointed and discouraged!

7 years ago today my husband Stacey Lawrence had 3 strokes at one time within 5 minutes. It affected his speech, his eyesight and his left side, walking, etc. He could not eat, see, talk or walk. I am very grateful to God he is still here and doing great I think. He can enjoy our children, our 4 Grandchildren and I don't know what we would do without him. A stroke can happen at anytime. Dr. Matt Lawson, their Neurological team and nurses were wonderful. Thank you all also for all of the support we had received.
