The medical part of this office is good, but the staff is terrible. I consider them thieves due to their charging my husband and self for the full visit then sent in for reimbursement from our insurance company. They insisted our insurance company would send us a check to reimburse us. But the insurance company shows they asked for payment. I did not owe anything due to my medical expenses for this year. I want my money back now! Over 500.00$

This was my first time here and it was pleasant. I saw PA David Yorio he was very very nice the staff was outstanding and everyone from checking in to checking out were extremely nice. Having a nice staff that is very important to me and it’s what keeps me wanting to go to an office. When the office staff is not pleasant that’s when I run the other way so it’s important.I am a avid user of the patient portal and think this office fails on the patient portal site. When you send a message to the portal someone needs to reply to your messages the whole point of using it is so you don’t have to make constant phone calls.I was waiting for call back on my biopsy results from the clinical staff which seems to be the broken part of this office. The results are in as I called after it was not posted on the portal. I had to call twice for discussion, but they never call back yet. The woman I spoke to said only the clinical staff calls on those things. Twice they said they would call and here I am still with no answers or calls. I really like this office but the calls from the clinical staff needs to be addressed as this is the broken part of this office otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I recently went to Southeastern Dermatology for a problem. I saw David, a PA. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Don’t doubt a PA,They are excellentI was a dermatology office manager in a large practice in south Florida before retiring after 13 yearsI would recommend this practice Very highly

Dr. Ford is fast and efficient. His office is inviting and the staff are so warm and kind. I hate going to the doctor, but I never mind going to Southeastern Dermatology. Dr. Ford and his team are the only ones I would trust with my skin health.
