DR. CRUZ IS AWESOME!! This was my first time at this office. I was seen in a timely manner and was made to feel like a valued patient. What I most appreciate is that he took his time explaining everything to me and made sure that I understood. Most doctors rush but not him! Very professional and thorough. Will definitely be suggesting this office to all my friends and family!

Dr. Narlito Cruz was very happy to answer all my questions which for me as a parent it’s very important that the doctor answers and explain things to the patient. He explain to my daughter the treatment plan in a way a 11 year old patient can understand. That helped my daughter in following the treatment plan religiously. My daughter shows dramatically improvement and getting better everyday. She has severe ectopic eczema since toddler. She is happier and more confident because her skin is getting clearer everyday. The doctor and his staffs were very respectful and helpful. Easy to get an appointment. I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Cruz and his staff were friendly and professional at my initial consult yesterday. I waited just a minute or two in the waiting room. I was treated respectfully throughout my visit, and Dr. Cruz and his nurse are wonderful educators. I came away fully informed about my diagnosis and treatment!I highly recommend Dr. Cruz & his staff. 6/5 stars

I agree with a previous statement. Front office has plenty of attitude. Two times they canceled an appointment made months in advance and then call me with an attitude to move the date. Dr. Cruz is an excellent Dr for what that's worth. They should demand better service to their customers.

To answer the key question most people are probably wondering is that allergy shots DO work! When I first started this journey a few years back with Dr Cruz, we did a test on my back to show what I was allergic to. I had no idea how many things I was allergic to. A surgeon front the ear, nose, and throat clinic recommended I try allergy shots before going the surgical route, so I went all in with this process. I have remained religious with my appointments. This last year, we performed the same test on my back to see how well the allergy shots helped. I am now no longer allergic to more than 75% of the original items and my level of allergic reaction to the remaining items has decreased significantly. I am continuing with my allergy shots for another year and then we are going to do the back test again to keep checking my progress.I now no longer have to take any allergy medicine, except on the day of my allergy shot. I haven't had a sinus infection (also thanks to nasal flushing) in several years either.Make no doubt about it, you have to be dedicated with this process, but IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! And if you live in Tallahassee and are suffering from allergy issues, it is a necessity.As for the staff at Tallahassee Allergy, my experience has been quite different than a couple of the other reviews. I have always been met with a smile by literally every person that works here and I usually visually see 3 - 4 of the staff members every time I come in. I have even received reminder calls in the past from Beth when I was getting dangerously close to my grace period for that particular shot.My recommendation is to give allergy shots a try and Dr. Cruz and his staff are the ones I recommend you take this journey with! :)

Dr. Cruz is really, really, good. He was very friendly to my little one. He took the time to discuss the process. However, when Beth answers the phone, she’s completely rude. She gives you the runaway, don’t want to book the appointment and hassles you. Office staff is not customer service friendly at all. I hope they remedy that, might hurt the business.

I would highly recommend Dr. Cruz and his staff. He really has made life better for me. His staff are friendly. I had several choices, but am glad I found Dr. Cruz. I was in quite a mess when I first starting going to him. He was able to help me and answer all my questions. I am still one of his patients. B, Peel

I have had 3 different Allergy Asthma Doctors and by far I am absolutely satisfied with my treatment and medical expertise of my asthma from Dr. Cruz. I recommend anyone with Asthma to see Dr. Cruz.

Office Manager and other office workers have terrible attitudes. Dr. Cruz is awesome but he needs workers with better customer service.
