Dr. Golding was wonderful! Love her The online process for setting up an appointment is wonderful and works well. However the location at Timberland Road stinks flat out terrible the wait time is a lot and the entire computer system is a mess and slow as dirt making your visit almost 3 hours. There needs to be a change with that as it makes the customer service people look bad and takes away from their job to be efficient as they were very nice but having the ongoing computer issues was a mess! I went through my insurance and it was still well over the limit of what I wanted to spend. They have offers running that if I did not go through my insurance might have been a better option for me, but no one explained the offers they are running or even to see which way would be better to go price wise. I am not sure if I even want to go back to MyEyeDR on Timberland Road except I really like Dr. Golding. This place is a HOT MESS and no one should have to wait for 3hrs!
