List of Randolph Malone's Reviews
I've been going to this practice for several years and receiving allergy shots. I've never met Dr. Malone, but Kim Gray has been great. The nursing staff are great. The billing/bookkeeping is a mess. UHC is in network, but I keep getting billed by the practice. UHC keeps telling me I owe nothing, but I keep getting billed. After 2 years of this, I'm considering going elsewhere. Plus they keep threatening to drop UHC, which does not make me want to keep coming there for my treatment.
Highly recommend! I am very grateful for receiving some answers after so many years of dealing with my allergy issues. Dr.Malone has some incredible ARNP’s to properly help his patients when he isn’t able to. I felt that I was in great hands with Ms. Kim Gray. She was able to tell me what I was dealing with and how to fix it. Thank you again! I look forward to trying this plan and seeing increíble results!
Dr Malone is wonderful, knowledgeable and takes an incredible amount of time to listen and explain issues and recommendations for care.
This physician really knows his stuff and he is so NICE and PERSONABLE! I was very impressed with how much time he took to explain my symptoms, what caused them, and what plan of care he was going to do for me. I am an RN and have worked with countless doctors, both good and bad, so please take my review to heart when I say this physician is THE cream of the crop. I went into my appointment yesterday not having breathed properly for over 3 months, always stuffed up/runny nose/coughing, having attributed all this to seasonal allergies. Well, my allergy test showed I didn't have any allergies! I had other things going on with me that the antihistamines I was taking were not helping. He told me to take 2 certain OTC nasal sprays one after the other, and that would help me breath. I did what he said, and I started breathing again with both nostrils the same day! I can't say how grateful I am to this man! He really deserves 10 stars! His staff is also very kind and helpful!
Dr. Malone is amazing! I had a cough for 3 months and saw 3 different doctors before seeing him. Dr. Malone took the time to explain everything to me, went over a treatment plan and my cough is gone! Not only was Dr. Malone amazing but so was his staff.
While I did not speak with Dr. Malone personally, I cannot recommend his staff highly enough. They actually listened to my questions and concerns, and then formulated a treatment plan beyond my allergies. It has been almost two months, and their plan has helped me greatly.
It was his staff that made my appointments several years ago so uncomfortable, making me leave in the middle of my second (and last) appointment. I was late to my first appointment because the map on their website was wrong and even though I was only like 7-10 minutes late, I had to reschedule my appointment. Then the nurse was so rude to me on the next visit I considered not returning. When I did, the rudeness continued so I walked out. Hope he has new staff since he himself seemed ok.
Dr Malone may be the best Dr I've ever met. Tired if dealing with Drs who want to check the box and provide rushed, incinsiderinc and impersonal service? Dr Malone is your guy. You won't meet a more caring and interested Dr, not will you meet one who will take literally hours to sit with you and discuss your conditions and the options available. Dr Malone literally changed my life and you are crazy if you even consider seeing another asthma/allergy specialist.
Dr. Malone is one of the best doctor's in Tallahassee. My daughter had her first visit with him recently. We have been to other offices but have been very unsuccessful with getting help for my daughter. After years of sleepless nights due to my daughter's coughing and other allergy issues, Dr. Malone was the first doctor to take his time, sit us down, and explain my daughter's condition and treatment. He ensured I understood everything. He provided me with copies of the information we discussed so I could refer to it at home. The geuine care and concern he showed bought tears to my eyes. The office staff is just as plesant as well. I was so pleased with the visit, I left his office wishing he could be my PCP and even my Dentist. 😀
I went to Dr. Malone as a teen, moved away after being married in '98, moved back to Tallahassee for 5 years in 2009, and moved away again in '14. When I got married, I was unable to find a doctor that was as detailed and as knowledgeable as Dr. Malone and his staff. After moving back to Tallahassee in '09, I immediately went back to him. I spent 5 long years of illness there. In late '13, Dr. Malone took an afternoon, 3 hours to be exact, for just me and we discussed my childhood illnesses and my adult life both in and out of Tallahassee. The conclusion: I can't live in Tallahassee. That is the kind of doctor he is. He will sit with you and help narrow down the what and the why. Simply moving to the coast has helped. I am only 3 hours away from Tallahassee now and seldom get sick. Dr. Malone's office is so incredible to me that I travel the 3 hours once a year just for my yearly asthma/allergy check-up. Yes, he is that good. Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention, he sees my entire family: husband, 2 children, my mom, one of my sisters...you get the point. He is the one that put my youngest son on asthma medicine when he was 4. My son had gotten to the point that he would walk to the garage, play for 5 minutes while sitting down, and then go lie down on the couch for an hour or so. He was exhausted and sick most of the time. After seeing Dr. Malone and getting put on the correct medication, he was a different kid. As a matter a fact, he has been diagnosed with ADHD at this point. The kid that was mostly lethargic, now can't sit still. I'm a happy homeschooling mom as I watch my boy wiggle all over the place at age 13 because I still remember the little boy that couldn't play for 5 minutes before he had to rest.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
