Dr. Laurie has been my grandmother's primary care for as long as I can remember. He and his staff have always been helpful and his care of his patients is commendable. My grandmother is now 89 years old and Dr. Laurie has seen her through various heart and other issues. He always makes her feel she is heard and takes time to review her changes and issues in medication. If she has any issues we follow up and while his team may not call back immediately they are timely enough. I appreciate Dr. Laurie and his staff and the job they do. Keep up the great work! A caring Dr. is hard to come by these days, but appreciated all the more.

Cynthia, Dr. Laurie's nurse who is responsible for calling in prescriptions, is extremely rude. I have discussed this with the Dr to noavail. Because Cynthia knows he will do nothing, the problem is getting worse..,

It’s both the doctor and his nurse practitioner, Andre, that I have multiple issues with regarding medications. One isn’t aware what the other has approved or changed. That’s very dangerous

Dr. Laurie is a good physician. I have known him on a professional level since he first started his practice in Tallahassee. However, the majority of his office staff including his nurse are very rude, sarcastic, not helpful, causing you to make numerous phone calls to the office for the same thing. Neither Dr. Laurie, his nurse nor his office staff return calls to the Home Care nurses which delays care for the patients. Jumping through many hoops is what is expected at this practice. If I could give his nurse Cynthia a ZERO I would. Dr. Laurie however is 3 out of 5. You are only as good as your office staff. His Nurse Practitioner also very helpful.

I think Dr. Laurie is a very pleasant, well educated medical Dr. He has always shown concern for me as well as for my other family members during our time of illness or per/post illnesses. The main complaint I have is that the waiting time in his office to be seen is tooooooooooooo long and that it takes too long for referrals to other Dr. as well as toooo long for the prescriptions to be called into the pharmacy.

Dr. Laurie and his staff are very professional. They listen to you and get things moving quickly & smoothly. I went undiagnosed for over 10 years...I am forever grateful to know and understand my disorder....how to live with it and do my daily routines smoothly & safely. Thankful to know an entire office staff, not just the doctor/NP care about your medical issues and your well being .

I would give zero if available.I called 3 times last month with no reply.I called again this week and left another message.Finally, a woman that called me back was so rude and while I was trying to explain my concerns, she hung up on me.I called back and had to leave another message, still waiting for a return call.Avoid this place!

referred to Dr. Laurie by my friend. He did a lot of test and diagnosed me with a condition. staff spent time sending me to specialists. I am better now.
