It takes away to long to be seen by the drs and midwife’s. Every time I go in for an appointment I’m always there for at least two hrs….

This place cares - at least in my experience. They really are great! I appreciate most that they are taking my concerns seriously and are working hard to get me seen since I'm currently really stressing. Dr. Ramsey was also incredibly kind and compassionate when I had my second pregnancy/ first miscarriage. Love this office - thanks for all you do!

Whenever you need a doctor, you can't get an appointment. All doctors, nurses, and midwifes are always busy. What's the point of being their patient, if you have to go to urgent care every time?

My appointment to see Dr. Ramsey was at 9:45 am. It is now 11:30am and I have yet to see the doctor. How is this okay??????

awesome doctor. friendly, professional. He listens and he cares but being on hold for 1.15 hours to make an appointment or ask a question is ridiculous! this needs improvement . seriously!

I adore Dr. Ramsey. I’ve been with him for years and so has my sister. He’s taken great care of her and all her GYN issues and he’s been my general gynecologist and my OB for both my pregnancies. I’ll follow him anywhere!

Dr. Ramsey,Has been my GYN for years now. His bedside manner, understanding, patience, and care above all makes him by far “The Best” in my book. His staff deserves praise as well. They are contentious and are willing to listen and help above and beyond. Yes, you may have a bit of a wait, but trust me it’s worth every minute. I’ve had surgeries for some major female issues after two rough pregnancies and he made sure that the healing process was as easy as possible. He knows his profession and his personality is an added bonus. The reality is no one can please everyone, but if you please 99 out of 100 then you are a “WINNER”; he’s a “WINNER!”

Dr. Ramsey is tops, and his nurse Shekinah is also very capable. He is highly knowledgeable, caring and gentle.The only weakness in this practice is the front desk. He changed practices a few years ago, and some of the staff are curt and unhelpful, sometimes giving false info or no info regarding appointment status. I waited for 1.5 hrs. with no updates as to why, when the waiting room had only one other couple.Good news: the last I called, they had hired an office manager from out of the practice (in Wakulla) to address these problems. She assured me the problems I had encountered were unacceptable, and encouraged me to contact her should any further issues arise.I feel confident that the next visit should be much improved as a result of this woman's efforts. I certainly would not want to have to leave Dr. Ramsey, an outstanding doctor, for such a needless reason.

Dr. Ramzy is an amazing doctor. My review today is based on the experience that I had. Today I had my appointment with Dr. Ramzy at 11am and I arrived 20 minutes earlier. People that came after me, was called, also seeing Dr. Ramzy... I know this because I asked hem. At 12 pm, after one hour waiting for my appointment I went to the secretary and told her that I had been waiting for an hour to be taken care of. She told me without an apology or sympathy that I was the next one to be called. No true, because 2 more people came after me and saw the doctor. At 12:20 I was finally in the room...My vitals were taking and the information about my visit. Finally, I was just waiting for the doctor to enter to the room. The nurse assistance entered to the room instead, and told me that Dr. Ramzy had an emergency and could not see me today. I was very upset about this! She apologized after I complained that I have been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes for him. She took my blood work directed by the doctor (that apparently could tell her this in an emergency situation) and scheduled a follow-up. I was very disappointed with the waiting and the lack of attention. I really hope they don't schedule so many appointments at once and value more the time of the people. In addition, to offer an apology and sympathy when a person is waiting a long time AND doesn't see the doctor!!! I like Dr. Ramzy so I will give this office another chance. However, if I have another experience like this, I will find immediately another option. For me, my time is gold.UPDATE - May 2021: Dr. Ramzy is located in a new office: Capital Regional Women's Health. I am still under his care because he is amazing. His staff has improved and also the communication.

He cancelled my induction without contacting me and caused a ton of issues with my birth and my experience at CRMC. He wasn’t even my doctor.
