Dr Groll is an awesome doctor. Her staff all work together, team work. During covid they worked hard to keep all patients healthy and safe. Couldn't have a better medical office to attend. Love them all, always feel welcome 💕

This is the best office I have ever been to. The staff is very nice and the building is clean. My family is glad that we found this practice for all our needs. Doctor Groll takes the time to listen to my concerns and come up with solutions. She is the best doctor I have ever had.

I am so relieved to have Dr. Stacia Groll overseeing my medical needs. Dr. Groll shows compassion, competence, and is very thorough with each examination. She follows up on other doctor’s recommendations to ensure I’m having the best care possible. A great office staff, beginning with the front office, Nurses and Physcian Assistants, etc. work together with Dr. Groll to ensure that the patients are given the best care and attention as required. I definitely made a good decision to become a patient of Dr. Groll’s and absolutely recommend her to all who may be looking for a primary care doctor.

My wife and I are so thankful to have Dr. Groll as the primary doctor for us and our daughter. She is the definition of medical CARE! We always feel like she listens and takes her time. She is in high demand, but we are happy to wait an extra day or 2 to see her specifically if needed, but everyone in the office has been great! She knows us personally and always remembers our medical history and the things that need special attention. Each time I’ve come in I’ve felt like I matter and my health and well-being is a top priority.

I can't say this review is about her service or bedside manner because in several years of being her patient, I never actually saw her. I was referred by my insurance provider because she was taking new patients (and seem to have good ratings) but then when I called, the first available appointment was 8 months away, so I took an appointment with a nurse in the office for a routine checkup. I've been back several times since for routine and non-routine related care, but have never meet or spoken to Dr. Groll. Then, recently I got a letter saying she would no longer be providing care and I needed to find another primary physician, no explanation.

I Love Dr. Groll's office and staff. Everyone is so Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous. Everyone is friendly and willing to get you attention in the drive through, instead of coming in..Of course, we have Dr. Groll, Rebekah, Barbie, Jocelyn and then we have Courtney ?? I wouldn't leave this office for another ever..

Very good M.D. and well run office. Dr. Groll is thorough in reviewing my lab work & in conducting physical exams. Listens to all my questions and explains diagnostics easily. Does not hesitate to refer to specialist if needed. The entire office staff is very responsive and organized. They always answer phone promptly and relay information to medical team who always call back. Excellent.

Since dr Hempel has left office is really going down . Can’t call in office and no one answers phone !!

The front staff & nurses are excellent. The doctors and ARNP...You're just a number. I've never seen the doctor that I'm assigned to, however her office get paid for my visit. She's never available 😢.
