Outstanding! Personnel were thoughtful and very friendly in chemo and radiation departments. Only comment may be that they could be a little more proactive concerning the treatment of side effects. You have to know the right questions to get the right answers. Also, I deducted a half star for the toilet paper quality - really bad considering the amount of money spent there.
Loved the personal one on one care that all staff, nurses, and Dr give. Loved the set up flow, and the privacy of treatment area. Everyone was very attentive to my care and treatment needs.
All of the employees, volunteers & doctors treated my family member with such care at this facility. 😊
While I would much prefer not having the need of TMH Cancer Center, I am very pleased with the treatment received here. Not only is the center equipped with the latest and best equipment, it is also staffed with some of the most caring and qualified staff. After surgery for prostate cancer seven years ago indicators pointed to a possible recurrence. The proscribed treatment was a series of 36 doses of radiation, to be administered daily for a total of 36 appointments.Never having radiation before I was apprehensive, not knowing what to expect. The staff was very thorough and patient and explained everything that I would experience. They made my experience pleasant and entertaining. My prayer is that no one should need their services but in the event you do you could not be in a better place.Thank you K,S,B and Dr. Phillip Sharp
I am not happy with this place at all. A patient has know say. The minute you become a patient they assign you a navigator for all communication with medical staff. The navigator that was assigned to me just made mylife more miserable and delivbertly fouled my treatment plan up! (Shame on her) know matter what your medical condition is, you have a voice and you have the right to be heard. You have the right to choose what is best for you because know one knows your body better than you! I have cancer, and because of this terribly run place, I today can not say I am a cancer survivor! Shame shame shame! You have a voice! Demand to be heard and you'll be kicked to the curb.
Not if your childs life is on the line - wait wait wait then wait some more
Don't answer the phone and will not call back when leaving a message, do not go here, better off going somewhere else. Never seen such a awful place.
Very clean. Dr. Bendre the radiology doctor was wonderful and the office was prompt and kind. However, the parient care cootdinator did not return calls or ffollow through. Dr. Jain, the chemo doctor was NOT timely at any appointment so far, leaving new cancer patients to wait too long causing increased anxiety. As a Registered Nurse, I am not impressed with Dr. Jain and staff. The wait time was long enough I could have driven my son to Jacksonville for treatment in the same amount of time.
Great staff and lovely facility however, it is time for a newer and bigger facility. The amount of patients the center serves demands for a new and bigger facility.
One of the few good experiences I've had. I have never waited more than 20 min for any service, Dr's , lab , radiation, or Chemo. Everyone is kind and helpful. Everything is setup to make it as pleasant as possible for ur treatment. I'm very thankful for the staff and their compassion

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
