My husband had to get a biopsy done. Could not express more how wonderful all the staff were. Super nice, experienced, answered all our concerns and more. Was nervous in the beginning but had confidence in all. I was texted when he went into surgery, recovery and post op. Truly a great experience. !

While the surgery center runs like a fine oiled machine, all the tech in the world won't make them focus on a patient-centric experience. Everything is tailored to their treatment team's convenience, and patients are just tasks within a machine. I can't blame any one of their truly professional staff. It's just the nature of modern medical care. Perhaps this is as good as it gets. Don't expect your call to be returned unless it's for a billable service.

Had my hip replacement done here and the doctor and staff were the best. The care was awesome and the stay in the room was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better recovery. My surgery was done in 2019.

My family member had to come here for surgery and the entire process was smooth. The nurses were attentive to both of us while we were there. They were mainly walking them through what was to be expected in the surgery but they also reassured me that everything was going to be okay. During the time I was away from them, I received three phone calls. One by a nurse at the half-way point of the surgery to let me know they were doing fine, the second by the surgeon when the surgery was over, and the third by a nurse telling me they were in post-op and that I could come see them. The staff was very helpful in guiding me to where they were and helping me get them to the vehicle. I literally have no complaints about this place.

have taken my siblings to three procedures at this facility, Each time they have had to wait for hours before there surgery,at least three.Why get there at 5:30 AM when surgery is not until 9:or 10?

I drove from Miami to have a procedure(7/15/20)with a great surgeon, the treatment I received from the moment I walked in was outstanding! The nurses, Frances & Virgil, awesome ladies. The anesthesiologists, just the whole staff was awesome. Facility is clean and beautiful. It was a great experience.

Beautiful facility. Excellent staff. I was treated very well. We had a couple of issues before surgery but they took care of it immediately. I had to stay overnight at the surgical center due to no rooms in the main hospital on the orthopedic floor . Thank you for a great experience.

Been visiting my mother and the young lady who worked every night at the cafe last week has been terrible to say the least. Shorted me on my change on more than one occasion and has an attitude not customer service savy. But today, there was a new face at the register and she was very well mannered as smiled nonstop. Upsold me on food suggestions (the fajita panini was great) and let me know if I brought my cup back I would only have to pay $1.06 for a refill on the Lucky Goat Brew (she sold me on the flavored when I pointed out the Coca Cola was gone and only diet remained) Something I was never told or offered and had been charged for each cup! She was pleasant and even made me laugh as unfortunate as it is for me being at this hospital so long. Thank you for having a job where showing that you enjoy what you do is plain as day. Your coworker can learn a thing or two from you.

Yes Tallahasse has inputted masa’s I’ve dollars into a very eloquent health facility, however the staff is extremely rude no bedside manners. I will pray I never have to visit a loved one in this place. Granted my daughter had a lot of concerned family Come to her room after her stroke of only 28 yrs of age. The staff was very rude in the delivery of less is best . He actually made the statement this isn’t a Burger King. I was floored. Needless to say I’m filing a complaint upon discharge

Facility is gorgeous, but the staff is horrible. First, the registration desk tried charging me twice for co-pay. After showing them my bank statement they finally researched and found out the employees did not note the account properly. Then I had to give blood three separate times. Each time being having a different individual. When I asked why it could not have all been done the first time the employee did not say anything and left the room. Other employees were discussing among themselves what has or has not been done but they would not go ask the RN.
