Dr. Zorn is easily the best primary care physician I have ever come in contact with. He is exactly what a doctor should be…caring, patient, kind, personable, easy to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable. He truly takes the time to understand all your concerns and at no point have I ever felt rushed in his office. We feel so very lucky to be under his care.

I watched Dr. Thomas Austin Zorn grow up. His father was my primary care physician until he retired. My new Dr. Zorn is also thorough, smart, and caring. My son-in-law & my two grandsons are also patients. It’s comforting to know he’s there for me & my family.

Dr. Zorn is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I relocated and was unable to take his practice with me. His bedside manner is unmatched. He genuinely cares for and spends time with each patient. Highly recommend.

I dragged my feet to find a new PCP after moving to Tallahassee. After years of new cities and doctors, I wasn’t expecting much. But it was my luck I found Dr. Zorn. He’s knowledgeable, detailed, and gives the time needed. Extremely easy to talk to. His staff is also very friendly and welcoming, PLUS my wait has rarely been more than 5-10 minutes. Great place and definitely recommend.UPDATE: It's been over a year since I first reviewed Dr. Zorn and I'm even happier than before. My husband and I realize how lucky we are to be under his care. Don't hesitate to see him.

Dr Zorn is a young and very good doctor with an administrative staff that makes too many mistakes. After my primary doctor of 25 years retired, he referred me to Dr Zorn. My first office visit was miscoding as a physical even though there was no blood work done. It took me several months talking to various nurses and office managers before someone finally corrected the error. This year a nurse failed to send the lab work to the lab for an annual physical after telling me it had been sent. Then the nurse informed me that my insurance had changed so that I would not be able to have lab work done prior to my annual physical. When I informed the nurse that my Medicare Advantage insurance had not changed, she changed her reason to a change in her policy.An annual physical with the lab results gives the doctor something current to review and discuss with the patient during the physical exam. When I called the nurse to find out why the lab hadn’t received the lab order the receptionist told me the lab work was never sent to the lab, and that I was no longer a patient.
