On July 22,2020, I went to TOC Capital Circle in Tallahassee where I was terribly. I went in for a cortisone injection because my knee was swollen. I was refused service because it was said that I had service in 2004. Now after further investigation, I never had service in 2004 that was related to my bones but my brother did .My first injury was in 2005 the year my daughter was born when I slipped in Winn-Dixie.At the time , Winn-Dixie paid for all of my bills because they were at fault ,one of their meat freezers wasn't plugged properly. Now my brother who has the same last name and similar birthday and social has been a patient since 2000, but I guess because I am a patient of meager means and government assistance programs ,there was no need to display any tact ,cooth or courteous demeanor? I guess that is a luxury only alloted to those in the right financial bracket when it comes to TOC ? Appalling.

Dr.Haney, was kind and very patient and did not hurt me and was very informative on a course of action for my knee.
