List of Tmh Physician Partners, Services By Southern Medical Group - Cardiology's Reviews
My appointment was canceled as I drove over an hour and I explained this to the lady at the front desk. I walked in the office at 831 thinking all this time that I had an appointment at 830 no to mention I drove over an hour for the appointment that was supposed to be for an echo of my heart in which I have already been waiting for over a month because due to the office staffing schedule the appointment was delayed and pushed back to this day and I took Saturday appointment in order to get this appointment. I cant have s medical procedure done until I get clearance from this test and I also have been having more issues which I planned on explaining when I had the appointment. This office staff today proved that in no way were they concerned about the patient needs. I pleaded with the staff and told them I drove an hour, the urgency of the test, unemployed no income and simply getting gas to waste like this wasn’t something I can afford. Not only am I shocked at such unprofessional approach but honestly the position in which they approached me, it’s amazing how they stress to me how high of a risk that i am for a heart attack thus constantly being on my case about the importance of wearing the life vest at all times due to the risk but the staff can clearly set you off and put you in a position of being upset and rage simply due to how lazy staff have become in positions such as customer patient service. This is not my last stop to try and get a better staffing situation in cases such as mine. I read several reviews on here not all of them but they seem relatively similar to mine. Very poor uncaring staff. The doctors staff behind the scene and doctors are good however the line of front office staff are rude, waste of salary and does not have the interest of the patient in mind.
I fail to understand their business plan to make appointments. They are there all day. I try to call when I have free time. I frequently can't take calls at any time. I've missed multiple call backs trying to schedule an appointment.
I called about an appointment probably a month ago now. They specifically say to leave only one message to set up an appointment. Still waiting on that call....I ended up going to the cardiologists attached to capital regional. Recommend them over these people since they apparently don't want your business.
Cardio appt rescheduled at last minute due to doctor being out of the office, delayed by over a month. Staff at the check-in desk were unfriendly. Overall unpleasant experience, would not recommend if you have any other option.
Ether my husband or I have been patients of some of the doctors at Southern Medical Group. I primarily see Dr. David Smith. He is an excellent, caring doctor as were all the doctors my husband saw. They and their staff are very professional, also.
we have been going to Dr. Eric Bouchard for many years. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his patient. I have seen people coming from Georgia to visit him. The nurse and staff are efficient and friendly. Recently my husband's health is getting worse. We are fortunate to have Dr. Bouchard to take care all his Medication and adjusting dosage, refer to outside service coordinate all help. This evening Dr. Bouchard called to discuss my husband medication , possible side effect, and future lab work.He is so dedicated. We are fortunate.
I won't give 1 star. I called in September 2019 for an appointment due to chest pain. They said they would call me back. Several weeks, no phone call. I called and asked about my appointment, they said we need a referral from Doctor. I had my doctor send referral on October 3, 2019. They said, " sorry, we dropped the ball". Then they said, they would put me on the ASAP list and I would be sure to get a call within 7 days. No phone call for weeks. I called, they said I didn't qualify. Whatever that means. I'm having severe chest pains. I asked for an appointment before I have a heart attack. They said MARCH 2020. I told them forget it. Went to the smaller regional hospital and got an appointment and had emergency quadruple open heart surgery with 99% blockageon 12/20/2019 and I'm doing great, but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone. They need to get it together
I have been here twice and each time the registration staff have been great. They are professional and treat each patient with care and go out of their way to assist. Good way to start a doctor visit.
Dr. Frank Gredler is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated and kind. His office staff is also wonderful and amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Gredler and team of positions, nurse practitioners and others in reference to receiving expert quality cardiology related services. I can truly say, Dr. Gredler and his team of physician partners know how to assist someone become better informed and comfortable with their medical issues by providing knowledge, increasing awareness and understanding of the given situation... I consider myself fortunate and am truly grateful for all services provided by Dr. Gredler and team of physician partners.
Had my first appointment here today with Dr. Silberman, an electrophysiologist and was very impressed with how efficient this office is. Everyone knew why I was there, what tests I needed, and how to move my appointment along. I had a 9:00 appointment, arrived at 8:15 (I was early), was called back around 8:30, they immediately did an EKG and the doctor came in around 9:15. They had additional testing and my follow-up appointment booked before I left. They have parking separate from TMH garage. (Note: Bring $1 to get a token for parking.)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
