Vicari Erwin-Wilson's Online Review Report Card

Called this practice with an urgent need. They did not care. The Doctor said she is too busy and they refused to see me. Dr Vicari is SO lowsy and self centered. The staff she has anawering the phones is no help.They cant do simple task. They never set up my appt and im a regular client. I will never come back to this awful place or recommend it to anyone. They make it extremely difficult to get an appointment.

Love Dr. Wilson have only seen him in the past not the wife.... he's got great bedside manner. Able to get worked in pretty easy. The office staff not so much. seems like everyone HATES their job! Rushing me off the phone or cutting me off. I can not stand to call that office!

Had to change doctors and chose Dr. Vicki to take care of our family needs. Had a hard time on the onset with the receptionist who is condescending, rude and very unhelpful. I thought maybe it was just that she was having a bad day but every time I speak to this women she aggravates me...and she seems to be the only one who picks up the phone. I like the doctor but I have to go through this obnoxious and aggressive woman. I don’t understand why she works there clearly she hates her job and hates the patients.

The Wilson's truly care about your health. I've always had a wonderful experience with their personal care for me and my family.

Dr. Les is GREAT!! Wonderful doctor and great at explaining things. The office staff is another story. I think getting through to the Oval Office would be easier. IF you get past the automated system and get a voicemail, it will be 48 hours before you get a call back.

been going to Dr Vicki for 17 years. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain things to you. She will also go to bat for you when you have problems getting into a specialist. Awesome Doctor. That being said this last year its impossible to get in to see her. Appointments are given three weeks out and my experience, this year, out of 4 apts, twice those appointment times were not appropriate. I'm leaving the practice with regret, because I can't get in to see her. :-(

She is very kind, but health concerns were not addressed unless I was extremely persistent & then I felt she was assuming it was all in my head. Too laid-back for me.

The practice is invested in its patients and it shows in their responsive and proactive care.

Great Doctor, really, shes been my doctor for 16 years. She takes time to listen to you, isn't afraid to tell you what's what. If you have a need for x rays or scans that are urgent, she will schedule you 7a the next day if needed! Never had a bad referral either. I had one problem where the specialist was confused, and she wasn't afraid to try another approach which was I thought smart and it resolved the issue! If she is busy and you need to be seen, you can see her husband who is also a good doctor. You get two for the price of one! She has a virtual office so you can ask a question of her or the staff, book a yearly exam or a appointment for a problem, ask for a referral all online! She' s a great doctor and her staff is efficient also. I'm really lucky to have her as my Physician.

Have been seeing Dr Vicki for years. She is a very kind, conscientious physician who listens to her patients. At times, the wait to see her may be longer, but it's because she's spending quality time with another patient. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a primary care physician.
