List of Victoria L. Smith's Reviews
The doctor is good but the office staff are horrible. They randomly cancel appointments and then you have to wait months for another one, for them then to stop filling prescriptions in the mean time. If you call, messages are never returned. The only way to reach someone is through the app and half the time the person who answers you has no clue what’s going on. I have been with them for 4 years bc I like the doctor but enough is enough and I am switching.
This is probably my second time leaving a horrible review for this office. First was because they would never refill my monthly prescriptions on time. The staff has always been incredibly rude too. Today I called to refill a prescription for my nausea meds that I have been taking for when I have horrible panic attacks. I started taking it for pregnancy, but I found that it was incredibly helpful when I had a panic attack. It’s on my file that I take this medication for anxiety reasons now. At least, I’ve talked to the doctor about it before. Guess not though! Something else EXTREMELY important was left out too. The nurse, Deborah, said to me, “you’re not pregnant anymore right? You’ve already had the baby?” I told her it was ectopic and she very rudely said what, making me repeat myself then just said oh. The fact that I had an ectopic pregnancy wasn’t on my file!!! She was incredibly rude the entire time. I cried as soon as I got off of the phone. How unorganized can I doctors office be? I truly don’t understand how this woman and her staff are still allowed to work in the medical field. I will be switching immediately. Would give no stars if I could.
I had a terrible experience with this office. I came in for my appointment and was shocked to see them not wearing masks when the pandemic is far from over. I asked if the doctor wore one and they said no. I asked if she would be willing and she said she would ask and I sat back down. I then heard them whispering and laughing and then saying “the 2:45?” Which was my appointment time. I felt immediately uncomfortable and asked for a refund and left before I was seen. I don’t know what kind of medical office is anti mask when other strains are becoming stronger by the day. I wish I could rate 0/5 stars.
Dr. Smith and her staff are extremely kind and compassionate. I didn't have to wait long at all for my appointment, and was seen and checked out in no time. I recommend Dr. Smith as a primary care doctor. Love her and TPCA.
This is far and away the worst medical office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The communication from them is nonexistent and breeds an unacceptable level of care that is provided. It is so hard to get anyone on the phone when you need actual medical help that shouldn't require urgent care or an ER visit. They blatantly lie to their patients. They will occasionally require blood work to refill prescriptions, which is understandable... However, they won't tell you that's the case. You'll find out when you go to fill your MEDICALLY NECESSARY daily meds and the pharmacy tells you the doctor denied the refill because they want blood work. Then if by some miracle you can get someone on the phone, they'll tell you that they put in the blood work orders over a month ago and they must have forgotten to tell you. Or if you have a history of UTIs that you go over with Dr. Smith, and she says that if you get one, just call the office and they'll call in antibiotics for you, that's a blatant lie as well. Because they won't return your patient portal messages or respond within 24 hours like they claim on their voicemail. When you do finally hear back or get a hold of someone, they'll then require you to go to get a urinalysis done at a lab. So naturally you reach out to a competent doctor via telemedicine, and they call in the antibiotics you need in under 3 minutes. I cannot stress enough that I would not wish my worst enemy attend this practice. If my review deters even one person from experiencing what we've gone through it will be a victory. If someone from this office sees this review - do better.
If you don’t “fit in” with this system “do not” sign up.
The absolute worst doctor I have ever had. Will not return calls, will not give your blood work results, will not refill medicine, the list goes on. Awful!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Horrible doctor. I went to her after a serious illness and not once did she draw blood do a physical check my heart nothing if you have the sniffles she may be OK otherwise stay away terrible experience
Horrible staff, extremely rude, they do not know how to speak to patients. Would never recommend anyone to go here... I wish I could rate it 0 stars
Most rude staff. Follow-ups are inconsistent. One staffer will say one thing then you call back and another staffer says the exact opposite. We are in a pandemic so medicine is definitely non traditional right now. Their lack of sympathy towards this time and their patients quite alarming.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
