Although a likable personality, Dr. Smith seems to downplay patient concerns. She is reactive rather than proactive. Not prone to look at previous lab results or info from other doctors unless specifically asked. But, the main problem is her ineffective office management. Example: This is the third time I've waited for a call back and not gotten one. I've reached the limit of my patience (pun intended).

Doc is great RECEPTIONIST IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Left me waiting at Labcorp for over 2 hours before they would fax my order over to them knowing I was sitting there waiting. I even confirmed that all sides took care of their business that they needed to do to be ready for STANDARD LAB WORK. !!!!! I’m beside myself then when you finall can get someone the receptionist is smug and NO EMPATHY or CARE for your time. Beside myself angry !!!!!

I only wish I could leave a negative number. Please please please search for another doctor. This one has not done her job for the last 14 months my daughter has been her patient. She is hardly ever in her office, wants to Teledoc every appointment, and I can promise getting a prescription refilled every month will be a hassle, and NEVER on time. They lie and tell you they sent it to the pharmacy, you call the pharmacy - nothing! You let them know, and they say they will sent it tomorrow. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!!! I seriously cannot be more serious in saying you do not want her for a doctor. There are plenty of good ones in this town…my daughter is fixing to find one of them!

When you call you never get a chance to speak with the nurse about anything. You can leave a message and they never call you back. Even though Dr.Smith is wonderful, her staff is horrible. Especially the nurse she has work in Prior Authorization.

I've never had any issues with Dr. Smith's office. When my family and I first moved to Tallahassee from South Florida it was important for me to find an office that would help him manage my husband's diabetes and neuropathy pain. I wanted an office that would refill all of his medications including his gabapentin without having to send him to a specialist every 3 months for pain management medication. Her office has been extremely helpful and accommodating with helping his condition.

My doctor for at least 15 years, she’s wonderful! I will agree the staff went through a spell of unfriendliness, but it is much better now. Don’t let that stand in the way of seeing a great doctor, it’s well worth it!

The doctor is good but the office staff are horrible. They randomly cancel appointments and then you have to wait months for another one, for them then to stop filling prescriptions in the mean time. If you call, messages are never returned. The only way to reach someone is through the app and half the time the person who answers you has no clue what’s going on. I have been with them for 4 years bc I like the doctor but enough is enough and I am switching.
