The Dr is never available. You will maybe see him 1 time throughout your child’s first years of life however his nurse practitioners are great. The greatest problem is his lack of work ethic from his clerical staff. I was on hold for 24 plus minutes only to be hung up on. When I called back I was placed on hold again. I waited another 12 minutes on hold before I called and pressed a random number. I didn’t get anywhere. I spent over 4 hours being disrespected while my child was in pain. I will be seeking another pediatrician. Unapologetically disgusted!

Use caution when dealing with Dr. Bunnell. He will enter diagnostic codes to submit to insurance to increase his profit and payment; however, he will not say anything about the alleged "issues" with your baby nor will he treat the alleged "issue". I would think if the health problem was that severe to notate to my insurance company, it should be severe enough to actually treat the problem......use caution.

Dr. Bunnell has been our pediatrician for 20 years. Now with my youngest son turning 18 we will have to move on to a regular doctor. But I believe Dr. Bunnell to be one of the best pediatricians in Tallahassee and I highly recommend him for all pediatric needs.

Dr Bunnell and his staff always find a way to care for your child the same day, usually less than an hour . He has been our kids doctor since birth

Dr. Burrell has been my pcp since I was born , I’m 20 years old , identical twin & my sister & I both enjoy his practice & yes I could go somewhere else but he’s been doing perfectly fine from the time I was only months old to today , I’ll probably continue with him until I age out , but my children will definitely be in his care as well.

Dr. Bunnell has been taking care of my 3 boys for nearly 14 years. He is a wonderful doctor with a great personality, He is very knowledgeable, and has been a Godsend for our family.
