I recently had issues getting through because of the automated phone service. I wrote a review due to the concern for the patients who need help but couldn't get through. I went to google review as a last resort and expressed my issue. I was contacted not long after and was explained what was occuring at the time, and was walked through the automated system on a 3 way call to ensure they have resolved the issue. Never before have I been contacted by another business to show they are listening to the concern and make it their priority to get the issue fixed. 10/10 recommend.

First cardiologist since moving here three years ago who actually listened to my concerns and fitted me with a heart monitor to listen to the heart murmur that never happened during the office visit. It happened three weeks into the four week test. If the test was shorter it would have missed because it also only lasted 72hrs. Because he gave me this test and made it a long one I finally have something to show him. He is even scheduled me for a tilt table test per my request. Bless him.

Dr. Dixon performed a procedure on my husband. He was not forth coming with information. The nurse gave me a pamphlet with bypass surgery written on the front and made an appointment with a surgeon. Nothing was explained. If you choose this Doctor please research and ask detailed questions.
