William L. Morse's Online Review Report Card

This is one of the worst doctors in the entire country. I suffered severe headaches and was always having to go to the ER and he was convinced I was a drug addict addicted to pain meds. He wouldn't refer me to a headache specialist or prescribe anything to help. I called numerous times when the pain was really bad and he never called back. He was my PCP for 6 months and he decided to quit seeing me and never notified me he was terminating me. I got an eye infection and when I called to make an appointment I was then told he terminated me and left me in the dust. I suffer from schizoaffective disorder and I felt this influenced the way he treated me and I assume he has no experience with mentally ill patients. I am not a pain pill addict and now I have an awesome physician who really cares. Dr. Morse not only terminated me with no notification, he left a scathing report on my behalf so no doctor in Tallahassee would take me. Don't trust your health and well-being with this doctor.

I called after being released from the hospital. My insurance company already assigned me to this doctor. I called the office. The lady who answered the phone was disgusting! She kept cutting me off! She wouldnt hear anything that i had to say. I was literally in pain as I was calling the office seeing as I had just been released from the hospital. After telling her that she reminded me that there was nothing she could do for me until September and thats only if i can get ever page filled out and returned on time to reserve an appointment since September will probably be booked to by time I get the paper work back. I have never been spoken to like this before ever! Especially in the medical field

I’ve seen Dr Morse once. Nice guy. Seemed like he genuinely cared. He gets 5 stars. His front desk on the other hand is terrible. When you call the office you are put through a call screening machine that will never get you through to a live person. After approximately 12 minutes pressing 1 to get a call back it puts you back into the loop, then disconnects you. But it’s all good because you know #heros LMAO

I was assigned to Dr. Morse for my insurance plan but I can't even make an appointment. Answering machine is messed up so you can't leave a message. When I sent a "new patient" email through their website, they never got back to me. It's been 3 weeks. It's frustrating to be needing a timely appointment with a GP and not receiving any response at all. I'll be switching doctors, unfortunately.

Dr. Morse is a wonderful doctor - he is very patient and adaptable.

Would love to be able to leave a better review, would love to be able to review Dr. Morse at all. I researched him and was interested in seeing him and talking to him about a couple of health issues I have. I liked that he also looks into homeopathic resolutions. I called last week and was told that new patients have to be scheduled with the office manager and was told to leave a voicemail for her. A week and I still haven't received a callback. I just called again and was told she is only the one who can schedule a new patient and she is "working the list" of messages, but no timeframe on when she may call back. I am new to Florida and we have moved around quite a bit, meaning I've had to make new patient appointments often to get established with new doctors. I have never seen this procedure and it makes me question the responsive of the medical practice as a whole. It's a terrible 1st impression and for that reason, my search for a new doctor will continue.

Best doctor! Dr. Morse took the time to carefully explain and examine my husband and me. He is a strong advocate for preventative medicine (via self care and actively monitoring any potential future conditions). He will be kind, but also open and honest about what you need to do (I needed to lose weight). He helped me set realistic goals, then praised me when I obtained them by the next appointment. He helped me feel empowered with my health. When we moved from Tallahassee, we were so sad to leave his practice. We haven't found anyone better, anywhere!

Dr. Morse has consistently demonstrated great care during our practice. He really listens to my concerns and provides explanations in ways that are easily understood. He is easily accessible (I have his personal cell number) and responsive. He is working with me to decrease my current medications, if possible, through exercise, eating right, and altering my lifestyle as opposed to focusing on just writing prescriptions. He is a great medical professional!!! I am very pleased!!!

Dr. Morse and his staff lack basic customer service skills. From losing appointments that have been confirmed, to exorbitant wait times, often going an hour passed the appointment time, to not returning messages, and worst of all, outright stealing money from patients by withholding routine long term prescriptions and forcing them to come in multiple times causing loss of work time AND costly copays. My whole family has fired Dr. Morse and I advise anyone who values their time and money to do the same.
