William Morse's Online Review Report Card

Waited 4 months for an appointment just to find out the less than capable front office staff screwed up and told me they accepted my insurance, lo and behold they don’t. Found out 1 day before my appointment. I would have been stuck with a huge doctors bill just because of incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go see a different doctor.

My husband has seen Dr. Morris since he first opened his practice. We trust his advice & decisions. And trying to figure out the problem without adding additional drugs. HOWEVER, the front desk is a totally different matter. The business manager needs to read the reviews and figure out what needs to be done. I worked & retired from a Dr.'s , front desk is your 1st impression of that office. The call center needs some work too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Morse for the past eight years. The Dr. Himself has been good however, his office is trying to charge me for a missed appointment that I called to cancel the day before but I did not get an answer. I submitted my call log and a snap shot of my phone but that will not suffice. The worse customer service that I have ever seen. The finance person told me that “Technically” I did not give a 24 hours notice so therefor, the changes stand.She stated that Dr. Morse is aware of it. I would have given them half a star if I could. When I called to talk to her she hang up on me. She is so “RUDE” and unprofessional.

This is one insensitive group of people. I had been a patient for well over 10 years. Me and my entire family. Life happened and I lost my insurance. I've done everything possible to come back because he is who I am used to. I get penalized for a no show and the God-forsaken rude receptionists who do not let you speak and explain yourself are the reason you are being punished in the first place because they were on the phone forever, chatting with each other and refused to check me in, when they finally decide to tell me he can't see me. Now the rude lady in the front tells me he will not see you again because of a no show 🤷🏾 First and foremost, did you tell him I was there? Did you tell him that you were running your mouth and that's the reason I couldn't see him. God has a reason for everything. He also rewards us accordingly.

DONT BOTHER MAKING AN APPT HERE IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME... He doest practice medicine ... he doesn't care about the patients at all.. you've been warned..

Please believe all these low reviews/ratings!! I tried for 6 weeks to get a new patient appointment, even went there FOUR times IN PERSON because of the reviews I’d read about the phone issues… forget trying to work with this office, the doctor is supposed to be wonderful (don’t personally know as I never got to meet him because I never got an appointment), but now cannot imagine having to keep dealing with this office staff…!

I’ve seen Dr Morse once. Nice guy. Seemed like he genuinely cared. He gets 5 stars. His front desk on the other hand is terrible. When you call the office you are put through a call screening machine that will never get you through to a live person. After approximately 12 minutes pressing 1 to get a call back it puts you back into the loop, then disconnects you. But it’s all good because you know #heros LMAO

I called after being released from the hospital. My insurance company already assigned me to this doctor. I called the office. The lady who answered the phone was disgusting! She kept cutting me off! She wouldnt hear anything that i had to say. I was literally in pain as I was calling the office seeing as I had just been released from the hospital. After telling her that she reminded me that there was nothing she could do for me until September and thats only if i can get ever page filled out and returned on time to reserve an appointment since September will probably be booked to by time I get the paper work back. I have never been spoken to like this before ever! Especially in the medical field

I was assigned to Dr. Morse for my insurance plan but I can't even make an appointment. Answering machine is messed up so you can't leave a message. When I sent a "new patient" email through their website, they never got back to me. It's been 3 weeks. It's frustrating to be needing a timely appointment with a GP and not receiving any response at all. I'll be switching doctors, unfortunately.
