Zachary Tyser's Online Review Report Card

I recently moved to Florida and scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Zachary Tyser in October for an IUD removal. My records got sent over from my previous doctor but when it came time for Dr. Tyser to see me, he was unprepared to do the removal and explained to me that the tools were not ready. I found it to be unprofessional but he assured me he would fit me in the following Friday and would have everything ready. I came in that Friday morning, Dr. Tyser came in after me which seemed odd and the nurse (who never introduced herself) was wearing jeans and a t-shirt, which I have never witnessed. Before the procedure, I asked a few questions and was met with annoyance but I decided to continue with the appointment. The nurse walked in without knocking 2x and the doctor was very hostile during this procedure. During the procedure, Dr. Tyser let me know he would be administering local anesthesia. He then told me he would have to give me more of this anesthesia and once he did that my heart started racing and my anxiety ramped up. I was having a hard time breathing and I got dizzy. During this, he pulled out the IUD and walked out of the room. The nurse seemed shocked when I asked if I should be feeling the way I did, got me water, and proceeded to let me leave even after I protested that I didn't feel comfortable walking or leaving the office. I walked out of there crying and feeling violated to the extreme. After a week I called the office to file a complaint (took an additional week to reach her) and was met with hostility and severe bias from the Manager, Debbie. I don't recommend going to this office or seeing Dr. Tyser!

Not great! Made my appointment more than a month ago. I told them I had new insurance and they said it would be fine. Today when I went in they refused my insurance. Very unprofessional.

I was worried and a bit uncomfortable with seeing a male, but I was due for my Well-woman exam. Dr. Tyser came highly suggested from someone at the front desk so I got the earliest appointment with him. He made me feel comfortable in conversation before anything else and he was truly wonderful. Honestly, probably the easiest and most comfortable visit I have had. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Tyser.

I recently relocated to the NSB area, and was faced with choosing a new Gynecology provider after having the same one for many years. I am very pleased with my choice of Dr. Tyser -- He is very kind, and takes time to ensure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed. His bedside manner is wonderful, and he really made me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable appointment. I got an IUD inserted by Dr. Tyser, and he walked me through the whole process, explaining what I would feel, and reminding me to breathe throughout. He is a wonderful provider, and truly shows that he cares about his patients.

I have been a patient of dr. Stavoy well over 20 years, so needless to say I was sad to see him go. I reluctantly took the doctor they assigned to his patients Dr. Zachary Tyser. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. He took his time to come and get to know me before the exam and he was very professional. He even introduced himself by his first name and then his name as a doctor. I was very impressed by his personableness and how professional and kind he was. He took a lot of time with me and ask questions to get to know me. I would recommend any of Dr. Stavoy's patients to give him a try as well as anyone else who needs a GYN.

Recently, I underwent an hysterectomy. Dr. Tyser's care was exceptional from the time I visited to the follow up. Never in all my experience, for myself or loved ones, have I encountered a Doctor as patient and knowledgeable, especially given my barrage of questions and research. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my Surgery and the Care afterwards. I highly recommned Dr. Tyser. KN

The day before having my child, I went to the hospital with extremely swollen legs. Dr. Tyser immediately sent me down for an ultrasound of my legs as he suspected I had blood clots and sure enough, he was right. Thanks to him, I was able to get IVC filters placed prior to having my daughter to keep me protected from the clots traveling during labor. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He is an excellent physician and I would highly recommend him.
