The way this Doctor and her staff make you feel is totally unacceptable. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional in all my life. The communication between the Doctor and the nurses is also horrible. Your PCP should be the one person you are able to trust and communicate with, and instead they make you feel judged and speak down to you. If you are considering this doctor please do more research and choose another one. I would not recommend Dr. Holmes to anyone.

Dr. Holmes was my physician for over 5 years. I found her to be an excellent and well-informed doctor who cares about the well-being of her patients. She is attentive and provides the best possible solution. She also carefully considers referrals before they are made to other specialist. I loved having her as my doctor.

My experience with Dr. Holmes has been extremely poor. She has shown no empathy, was not the least bit helpful in properly diagnosing my issue and in the meantime, I've lost in excess of 20 lbs. over the last 5 weeks. Her staff also showed lack of competence when they listed me as "an African-American woman, smoker and recently had a urinary-tract infection". These are all incorrect. I'm a Caucasian American, non-smoker and was diagnosed with esophagitis. I do not recommend her or this office.

I have to agree with what the February 2017 review says--I do not feel comfortable in Dr. Holmes' office. Every time I've set up an appointment, I feel as thought my health concerns were ignored or waved away. It feels as though she's talking down to me, and I don't enjoy that. Additionally, I asked for a referral and did not receive one because the nurses could not find the notes of it on her paperwork. Definitely don't go to her!
