SUPER DOC. And an even better person.
I went to Dr. Gruskin in so much pain He treated me with full knowledge of my issues, along with what meds I was already on and double checked what he was giving me with my Allergies. So as far as I can see He’s the best!! I pray I don’t ever have to change!
Dr. Gruskin is not only very knowledgeable, but takes his time to listen and help you! There maybe extended wait times, but to find a good doctor who actually cares, it is worth the wait.
Dr. Gruskin office manager is by far the most rudest individual I have ever encountered, she is not friendly and not willing to help out his patients I would not recommend anyone to go to this office. A lot of his patients has left because of his incompetence and the office manager lack of empathy.
Dr. Gruskin is the best doctor I have been going to for pain management.
He is a great person, but as a Doctor he is not looking at you or listen to you about you pain, his only focus is on the computer 🤖 this is not good for me.maybe he got too many patients.
I have finally found a doctor that cares more about his patients than the bureaucracy surrounding the medical field now a days. A truly caring physician that restores some of my faith in the medical community.
Hi have been going to Dr Gruskin for over 20 year and not have a better doctor. He has helped me over the years with my back problems. Now I am retired and over 80 years old and still help me in my older years.
Dirty office, unfriendly staff, opportunistic doctor, very very long wait time. Go somewhere else!. I have waited 5 hours with excruciating pain as a new patient to be seen at 8:35PM. He finally walks in and proceeded to entering data from the reports I managed to send them previously. Once done, he hands me a prescription and asks me to schedule another appointment for physical. He did not perform a new patient physical assessment as he supposed to nor did he ask me about my pain and issues under the excuse that it was getting late. So why keep me waiting for 5hours. As a Cervical spinal cord injury patient, my body locked up hands and feet on me and couldn’t move. They failed to call my emergency contact. They failed to call 911 on my behalf because my hands were close shut. Gruskin and his office manager Sonia proceeded on leaving me helpless Outside their office trying to reach my car to seek refuge from that scary area at 9pm. Although i was in no condition to drive.
THE RATING IS ACTUALLY ZERO STARS!!!! I didn't get a chance to be a patient. The person answering the phone first said the person I needed to speak with was at lunch then she proceeded to call me back in an hour. She has a very heavy accent so I knew it was the same person. Made my appointment for 3:45. When I told her I can't do afternoon appointments she said the doctor doesn't see new patients in the morning. I told her I can't do afternoon appointment why is the doctor discriminating against new patients? She proceeded to tell me the appointment would take 2 hours. I said no way! (I would NEVER go to a doctors appointment that took 2 hours. Especially the first. She didn't even ask what I was being seen for. She never asked)Such a lie. He's going to see a new patient at 3:45 for 2 hours?? She then proceeded to tell me they weren't the office for me don't come here and hung up on me. I would love to talk to that doctor to inform him of this behavior. Please call. Do you know how your employee is treating a potential patient. You my sir have a piece of trash working for you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
