He may be an awesome doctor, but you’ll never know between the medical staff and receptionist that speaks in a tone that screams “I HATE MY JOB”. Very unprofessional and shows absolutely NO empathy for CANCER PATIENTS! I witnessed an elderly patient request an appointment and witnessed the nasty attitude and tone used! Send your family to this office with a recorder and camera, and you’re guaranteed to cash out in a lawsuit. Just sit close to the front desk. Just Disgusting

Find another facility if you care about your health and life. They don't care about killing you for low iron. They want to be home not in office caring for their job description.

Dr. Schneider has saved my life. Plain and simple. He is an EXCELLENT doctor. He also cared for my husband right through his many years of treatment until he transitioned iinto hospice. The kindness and caring he showed him was the highlight of my husband's day. I will never forget it. Now that I am Dr Schneiders patient, I am receiving the same high level of care that my husband received. He is up on all of the latest treatments with targeted immunotherapy. I honestly do not understand any of the negative reviews about him or the staff. They are all wonderful and bend over backwards to help you, from the front desk to the fabulous treatment nurses and physicians assistants. If you need a hematologist oncologist I highly recommend Dr. Schneider from my family's personal experience. I am so grateful that I found him.

I have been an annual patient with Dr. Schneider since 2004 when he treated me with chemo. I always looked forward to visiting with him and his wonderful staff. Nothing has changed in that time. He always is sweeping the waiting room to see if anyone has been receiving attention. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Schneider is a terrible doctor and everyone should avoid at all costs if they want better chances of survival. He made a difficult process far more difficult through his negligence, oversight and carelessness. If I can give 0 stars I would. We were referred to him when my father started showing symptoms and cancer was suspected. These are all the issues we encountered: - He ordered an unnecessary MRI from Akumin before giving a diagnosis, despite having CT scans AND blood test results which are sufficient for diagnosis of liver cancer (according to Cleveland Clinic) - He delayed the MRI scan by two weeks because he failed to clearly specify the exact MRI procedure required. - By the time he gave a diagnosis, my father wasn't able to eat at all without vomiting. When informed of this, Dr. Schneider prescribed appetite enhancers despite being TOLD that the issue is not his appetite. His answer was "take it up with your gastroenterologist." - He misdiagnosed his cancer and recommended FOLFOX for treatment. Upon receiving a second opinion from Cleveland Clinic, we were informed that his cancer was too advanced for FOLFOX and that Dr. Schneider has likely misdiagnosed his illness. - Every appointment with him involved +30 minutes of waiting and <10 minutes of actual consultation. At Cleveland Clinic, the oncologist spent 40 minutes with us and kept us updated on every single lab test result or findings. My father passed away on July 1, 2021. If diagnosis was made quicker, he would have been been able to get the medicine he needed for his vomiting and lived a bit longer.

Charmain or however you spell her name is so RUDEEEE !!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL REALLY WONDERING HOW SHE EVEN HAS A JOB. This office really should be ashamed of her, will make sure no one is recommended to come here

Rude office staff!! Went for office visit and bloodwork in late December and found out I needed an Iron infusion. After fixing a major problem with my health insurance I called the office in February to start the Iron infusions. I was told I have to see the Doctor again, pay for another office visit and blood work, because it has been 2 months. The office person I talking to was making it sound like it was 2 years since I saw the Dr. I asked if she could ask the Dr. and she rudely said NO and that she was not going to argue with me and hung up.

He is very rude have no patience with me he barely try to understand you and what your going through
