What a great place! Staff is so very pleasant and beautiful.

I don't have words to describe what bad experience we have visiting and having a pacient in there. We was treated with not respect several times by Manager or Director responsible for this nasty place. The people living in there are skerred and sleepy most of the time. Manager was nasty when we asked polaitely several times about our relative. She started yelling to as. She have no respect . That yellings and frustrates happened again when we tried to reach the Manager on different occasions by phone. Asking her politely again where is our relatives because we can't reach him by phone. She answered wat is the issue? The person is in the hospital for more than for, to eight months and all this time his was charged for staying in  the facility?  No one tells as anything. When we visiting the person we have in this facility was not clean and not shave.The relative was with long bird like he was not shave for more than three  months. When we see him we get scared the way he was looking. We are surprised how come this facility is not closed! Very bad behavior from Manager. Shame to her.

This place is just ridiculous

The Director of Sales and Marketing Ms Ambrose is superb. She is a star within that facility and it shows. She is knowledgeable and took the time out to explain the process. She is always friendly and easily available. After my tour my family and I made a decision to move forward with the process. My family and I are extremely happy.

While some of the workers are nice and do their best, the management is so atrocious that your loved one will not get the care they deserve. It is practically impossible to get in contact with their director for any type of help. My mom has lived their for 2 years and it seemed ok before COVID. Once the families were no longer allowed to visit, it was more difficult to monitor everything. She is in the assisted living part and lost 30 pounds in 4 months because she didn’t eat most of the meals. Nobody noticed or cared or checked that they were serving meals and throwing them away untouched. It is also difficult to get in touch with the nursing staff. Everything goes to voicemail and no return calls. Yes, it is ultimately up to me to make sure she is safe, but Lenox betrayed any trust I had in them making sure my mom was ok. Please do not use this place. They don’t care. Thanks

The care given to the residents is unrivaled and excellent. The property is beautiful and the nurses, aids and staff are diligent and profesional.

LENOX IS THE BEST OUT OF 37 ALFs WE REVIEWEDMoving my Mother from another assisted living facility into Lenox on the Lake has been one of the best decisions of my life. The great attitudes of the Staff and the Residents say it all. During our two reviews of the facility, it was clear that the staff love working at Lenox and the residents love living there. This has been reinforced each and every time I am at the facility (which has been at least 50 times). Kinisha Ambrose is the best! She was patient, thorough and professional throughout the decision process and she is full service at all times, knows each resident and family member, and participates in activities with residents and staff. Administration has bent over backwards to meet resident needs, including lining up transportation to church and other destinations, making sure events and activities go smooth, and working to exceed expectations at every opportunity. The decision of where to move Mom started with a list of 37 assisted living facilities in South Florida. After reviewing each of them on the internet, and also speaking with them on the phone, the list went to 14. After further review, we visited 7 facilities, short listed to 4, and revisited those 4. Selecting Lenox at that point was easy! Lenox is large enough to have all the right (geriatric specialists only) doctors come to the facility: Physicians, Podiatrist, Mobile Dentist, Ophthalmologist, Dermatologist, etc. Nurses are on staff 24/7. Enough aids are stationed on each floor to maintain responsiveness to all residents' needs, and they are unbelievably capable, caring, and gentle! Ilda, Irmath and the other aids could not possibly be better with my Mother. The food is as good or better than at any other facility we've ever visited. Don't be fooled by other facilities who cater to the family members, and don't deliver after your loved one is moved in. Lenox will blow you away, and then will ultimately be even better than you expected.

Lenox on the Lake has literally changed my Mother's life. She is active from the time she wakes up until the time she goes to bed. Spends very little time in her room because there is always something to do. The facility is spotless...the chef and food are wonderful and the staff is lovely.

When asked what I liked about Lenox I replied "Whats not to like." I am served three meals a day that I don:t have to cook o clean up afterward. I have a lovely apartment that housekeeping cleans. My laundry is washed, folded and put away. I am entertained. All my needs are taken care of by a friendly and helpful staff. So whats not to like. Come visit us and see for yourself how great living a the Lenox can be.

I had to move my mother to an assisted living unit. After extensive research, I found Lenox on the Lake. Needless to say, my mother is very happy and quite frankly she would not be happy any other place. The staff is very friendly and the environment is always cheerful.Thank you for taking care of mom!
