Christopher Troiano's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Troiano is a highly skilled and competent surgeon with a remarkable, down to earth and compassionate demeanor. A family member broke her hip after a fall and Dr. Troiano performed surgery and despite the fact that she was in her 90's his skillful work allowed her to recover and walk again. Dr. Troiano is an incredible doctor. Thank you Dr. Troiano from the bottom of my heart.

Wow, where do I even start? I am so grateful to Esther at the front desk. Called her in desperation after breaking my arm and needing to get in to see a specialist ASAP. There was nothing available but somehow she worked her magic to get me seen. Not only is Esther friendly and pleasant on the phone but a joy in person as well! She continues to take extra steps to make my experience go as smoothly as possible. With a very bad broken arm, she still manages to make me laugh and smile. Esther is an absolute asset to the office. The lovely nurse, Kathy who assisted me was just as wonderful. She had some great stories to keep me from focusing on my pain. She was kind and caring, and helped me with everything I needed during the exam. Dr. Troiano, was delightful! Very chill and calm. He gives off great vibes and I feel totally comfortable putting my health in his hands. He is quick but thorough and spends whatever time is needed to answer questions. Never felt rushed. It’s usually very difficult for me to give up control when seeing a doctor. However, with Dr. T, I don’t feel that way in the least. He has several years of experience. Besides that he just makes you feel like you’re in good hands, I’ll be seeing him for my one week follow up today and I know that because of the way that office operates-everything is in order and there will be no surprises. If you’re looking for a good orthopedic physician and you’re lucky enough to get in you will not be disappointed!

This review is solely for the front desk staff and my experience with them. I visited the Dr. for my initial visit on 2/23 and was advised by him that I will need to get an MRI as the X-rays they took did not reveal any damage. On my way out, I was told by his staff that they needed to contact my insurance company in order to get an approval for the MRI and that I should hear back from them in a couple of days. I called the office back on 03/01 as I did not hear back from them and Claudinne said this usually takes 3 business days to hear back from the insurance company. She sounded upset I made the comment that I did not hear back from them. She placed me on hold and supposedly called the MRI company and told me everything was set and that I just needed to call them to get everything scheduled. Once I called the MRI company they said that I needed to get Authorization code from the doctors office and that they have not heard from them at all. I tried calling the doctors office again but Claudine placed me on a 30 min hold and did not allow me to get a word in she just put me straight on hold. Now I am on the phone with my insurance company and they are telling me that they were never contacted or nothing was sent to them by the doctors office in order for them to authorize this MRI. I am on the phone w my insurance company and we are trying to reach their office manager but nobody will come on the line. Front desk staff gets an F. This is horrible

I want to tell you that dr troiano is a great dr. Listens and knows his stuff. Liked him very much. Would recommend him highly

Dr.Troiano is the best orthopedic doctor in Florida!! Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere he is the one. Staff is thoughtful and kind. Everyone is very knowledgeable.

Best doctor in broward county. Would recommend his office to everyone. DR Troiano and his staff are best!!! They are organized ( which is hard to find these days) professional . Pleasant, and above all takes great care in their patients

Dr. Triano is a great doctor and a caring person. He has helped me very much with my back pain. He has given me many non- surgical options, and they have all been successful.He listens to what I’m saying. Visiting him will be a good experience. He also has a nice office staff. Dr. Troiano is an amazing Doctor. We always wish he offered primary care, he’s so thorough and personable. A hard to find gem nowadays, he listens and doesn’t over medicate. Worth every star!

Had an excellent visit with Dr. Troiano. He was to the point after reviewing the x-rays that were taken & suggested exactly what should be done. I had trouble walking for almost two weeks and after the injection into the fascia, there is significant improvement. He also has a very friendly, pleasant bedside manner. It is so difficult to find these two qualities together in Dr.'s today and he definitely has both! Thank you, Dr. Troiano!
