Called him on a Saturday because I didn’t realize I was out of Klonopin. He was on call. He said it was nothing he could do until Monday. I told him I was having tremors. I didn’t seem to bother him. They were getting so bad cold turkey withdrawal that I called him on Sunday. He said the same thing he said to call tomorrow on Monday and the girls will order for you. Monday came. I called a couple times told him of my situation tremors, PRESCRIPTION I called in. Call Tuesday no response again cold turkey withdrawal was hell called a couple times he didn’t call back. I received a call from him that night. The first thing he said is you need to get a new psychiatrist called 12 times today. I said to him because I was in withdrawal badly. I need the medicine come Wednesday evening prescription is filled. That’s five days well at your klonopin BENZO. I live alone so if I had a seizure, no one be able to save me just saying.

I didn’t realize I was out of Klonopin BENZO and Xanax wasn’t working. I called him on Saturday. I told him I was having tremors by not having my BENZO. He told me I have to wait till Monday because nothing he could do. Tremors got worse and called him Sunday pleading for my BENZO. Again, he said it’ll have to wait till Monday. Called office on Monday many times and still no prescription. I called on Tuesday numerous times and no prescription. I got a phone call at 6 o’clock that night and first thing he said was to get a new Psychiatrist because I stressed him out and said the staff never told him. Then he was mad I called 12 times. so he lied. I told him I’ve still been suffering. Told me I have to wait till tomorrow. Finally late afternoon Wednesday, he called it in. I saw he had a major lawsuit from a patient. He lives in Boca and his office is in Tamarac. That’s why this whole time he didn’t want to go to his office.

Dr Chervony is good. The staff is horrible

Horrible experience with Dr Chervony; he has zero patience and seemed completely disinterested in getting to understand his patient in order to accurately diagnose and help. He is a "prescribe and go" kind of doctor. When a doctor gets to this point it is time to retire. The person that typically answers the phone and schedules appointments is very helpful and pleasant. Norma in the front office however is incredibly rude and of absolutely no help. Do yourself/loved one a favor and find a different doctor.

I usually speak to a resident and then see Dr. Chervony for maybe 2 minutes. He ignores any concerns I have about medications and side effects. He has never given me a firm diagnosis. I suggest you find a different provider that actually shows concern for their patients!

Dr. Chervony is a very good doctor who does care very much. I wish all of my doctors would listen more. He has helped me in my time of need. His compassion has left a lasting impact on my life. Thank you very much Dr. Chervony for truly caring. Sheldon Burstein

He is rude and condescending. HAS NO CLUE HOW TO DIAGNOSE SOMEONE. He had me on bad medication and then he blamed me. He is a complete idiot and dick. Office staff is horrendous especially Norma. He was sued for malpractice and should be in jail. DO NOT SEE THIS IDIOT!

This jerk is rude and has no idea how to diagnose people correctly. He had me on the wrong medication then blamed me for it. He is incompetent and condescending. He is rude, condescending, and truly incompetent. He can't diagnose people correctly and then he gets rude with you for questioning him. The people who say he is good must be getting paid to write reviews. He has been sued for malpractice and should be again. He destroyed my life with medication I didn't need and then had the audacity to blame me. Office hag Norma is an idiot.

I've been very happy with Dr. Chervony's office and the Dr.s I've seen.
