WOW!! I'm still looking at my bank account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life..until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. Everyone needs to meet him he is the one, i urge you reading this not to conclude that every account manager are the same i propose you try MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE and see for yourself before concluding. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE! Didn’t even make it into see the doctor due to the rudeness of the office manager Kellie and the incompetent staff who couldn’t even verify insurance properly. They tried to charge for a deductible when it is not for services in the office. I explained that the day before when they told me they contacted my insurance and when I went in for my visit I was told there is a deductible. I told Kellie that I verified and I do not have a deductible she argued with me and told me to call the insurance when it is her responsibility. So I did call and had the insurance explain that there was no deductible. She still wouldn’t acknowledge and apologize that they made a mistake she continued to be confrontational and said she doesn’t have 45 min to be on the phone with insurance. When it only took me 5 min. She would rather charge NEW patients for something they shouldn’t have to pay for. Dr Tanner your staff represents you. You need to educate them on kindness.

I have been seeing Dr. Tanner for several years now. In fact, he just operated on my left big toe joint replacement, along with left 4th and 5th hammertoe repair. He is the very best Podiatrist I have ever gone to. My experiences with him treating my foot have been painless. He also has a very warm and caring attitude. I highly recommend him.
