Experiencia muy desagradable con la atención recibida por parte del equipo administrativo, donde sin razón alguna me cancelaron mi segunda cita con el cardiólogo aun estando presente en la clínica. No existió consideración ni respeto hacia mi persona, falta de calidad humana y pleno desconocimiento de lo que pueda ocurrir por tratarse de un adulto mayor al suspenderle una cita médica. Imperdonable

Unfortunately there is no 0 star rating, but at least this star I will give only for the doctors. However after driving two hours and with an appointment for my mother, the administrative staff canceled the appointment unilaterally, and they have the nerve to say they called you and you rescheduled it, believe it or not believe it. They are cardiac patients not Alzheimer's patients, don't be abusive. This is very disrespectful, you can understand work errors, but putting the blame on the patient is unacceptable. The drs for the good of the clinic should educate their staff in the treatment of the public and manners. And create procedures for proper patient care. I do not recommend this clinic at all. Ah if for some reason you are the one who cancels they charge you $180 dollars with no right to claim. --- Lamentablemente no hay un puntuación de 0 estrellas, pero al menos esta estrella la voy a dar solo por los doctores. Sin embargo despues de manejar dos horas y con una cita para mi madre, el personal administrativo cancelaron la cita unilateralmente, y tienen el descaro de decir que te llamaron y que tu la reagendaste, lo creas tu o no lo creas. Son pacientes cardiacos no pacientes con Alhzeimer, no sean abusibos. Esto es una gran falta de respeto, se puede entender los errores laborales, pero poner la culpa en el paciente es inaceptable. Los drs por el bien de la clinica deberian educar a su personal en el trato al publico y modales. Y crear procedimientos para la atención adecuada del paciente. No recomiendo esta clinica en lo absoluto. Ah si por alguna razon usted es el que cancela le carga $180 dolares sin derecho a reclamo.

My father has been going to this doctor for many years and after one year complaining about the same problem and being misdiagnosed by this doctor. We took my father to the emergency room and other doctors and discovered he had blood clogged in his lungs and cancer. Sadly to said it is too advance and now we are running around to find the best care for him. All because this doctor didn’t take his time to do the proper test.

After being referred to this physician, I had my visit. Once it was done, I declined having a follow up appointment and never returned. At the time of my appointment, I was not negligent on paying them $406.57 for my visit, but they were double paid by my insurance. When I realized that these people were paid twice, I called them to advise that I would like my refund. It was confirmed that I did have money that needed to be refunded to me and that I would receive a check in the mail. It never came. I just spoke to a representative, who is going to have the Manager, the doctor's wife Mrs. La Paz call me back in reference to the fact that they DO NOT WANT TO PAY ME WHAT THEY OWE ME! They are trying to say that I missed an appointment, which I did not, because at the time they were trying to schedule an appointment, I said NO and never went back. As quickly as I paid out my hard earned money to you, I expect you to refund it to me! ***EDIT*** I got a call this morning telling me, my refund is available.

I called to reschedule my appointment due to I cannot wear a mask and was argued with and hung up on by a clerk and the office manager! The manager interrupted me, raised her voice, and when I used one bad word she hung up on me! I asked to speak with the doctor and she refused to allow me to speak with him. I was unable to provide my name or reschedule my appointment! The first clerk I spoke with told me that masks were going to be required for another year as well. I will never use this doctor again!
