I read the previews after my new insurance assigned me to this practice. I was a little leery but like always decided to judge for myself. My first visit went very well, everyone from the front desk, to the MA to the provider was very nice and helpful. The MA and provider went out of their way to calm my nerves and welcomed me to the practice. Upon my second visit which was for a lab draw, my experience was again very positive. Angel, who drew my blood was wonderful, very friendly, kind and painfree. I am very glad that I chose to find out for myself if this clinic was a good fit and so far it is.

I was assigned to this Dr's office by my insurance, and I was pleasantly surprised. It is a small office and I have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. I haven't seen Dr Campbell, but have always been attended by Dr Noel, who is kind and caring and takes time to listen. I appreciate that. No office is ever perfect, and I try to wait until I have visited an office several times before making up my mind about whether or not I need to change. This office has been competent and professional with my care.

I have been well attended by the staff and doctors. The only problems I have had are insurance related which have nothing to do with Dr. Campbell or his staff. Besides that, the staff very kindly have helped me to solve the insurance related problem. I haven't got the chance to meet with Dr. Campbell in person, but I have been very well attended by Dr. Noel. When the staff is rude, you have the right to let them know about it, but if you are the one being rude with the staff, what do you think is going to happen?

I've never met the doctor. Is there really a Dr. Campbell? He's a total phantom to me. Only see PA or nurse practitioner. Vanessa and Genelle are very rude and lax. Trying to get referrals or a script renewed is extremely difficult. They charge $20 to have insurance papers signed. Your health is not anything they care about. It's all about power and control with them. Your well being isn't even considered. Wrong place for health care.

I called Dr. Campbell's office today to make an appointment. I was told that I can only get an appointment Monday or Thursday'd between 8-0100. I asked to speak to a manager and was told everyone is at lunch. This was at 3pm. I have know Dr Campbell for years and found his present staff unhelpful. I will have to find another primary physician.
