List of Henderson Behavioral Health's Reviews
They dont care. They are just getting a check. They treat you so indifferent. My kids were nevet treated like that by any other agency. It was mortifying and disrespectfully uncaring
I am having the same problem that Darius Demetrius is having. I was supposed to have an appointment on June 15th and nobody called. I have repeatedly left messages for the secretary and no one has gotten back to me. My medication has also been out for a month and I do not know what I should do. This is unheard of to not even get a call back and I have been watching my phone
I am well aware that things are different due to telehealth however my nurse practitioner supposedly calls me from an unknown number I do not recieve these calls and as a result I have to go without medication yet again for over a month due to rescheduling. Ive called and called and no one cares that a client is experiencing withdrawal symptoms from DepakoteSeroquelCelexa and Wellbutrin which include nonsubsiding headache nausea dizziness emotional instability and the unnecessary risk for hospitalization. As someone with experience in pharmacy and medication therapy management I know this is very dangerous as none of these medications should be stopped abruptly. I believe this institution is ignoring treatment andor prescribing guidelines. It is scary to be on medication that literally alters brain chemistry and to have the low quality care and concern of this institution and its employees.
The psychiatrist MD was insulting terse condescending and unprofessional. She made untrue claims about physiological facts to support a position she should never have gone out on a limb with. She was outrageous hugely incorrect and potentially harmful if believed.
This was my first visit. The wait was a little nerve wracking because I needed immediate help. I do understand there are other patients though. Otherwise I am very happy I went. Candace really seems to care. She was so helpful and nice and encouraging. Thank you for being there for those who need help.
Henderson is the best place I could’ve gone to to get help mentally Doctor brown is a wonderful psychiatrist.
After all of the drugs this place fed me I am lucky I am not a nut. I was brought home by my family and i was medicated with marijuana until I was able to be normal again. These people give you stuff to make you think you are insane. I made some poor decisions to get myself in there by a state order but I was just looking for attention.
Negative 5 lousey service never go there. If anyone is in crisis I suggest u go to the hospital at least there u get service with trained professional.
They take care of my tenants.
A couple times Henderson his gone above and beyond for me. I was having panic attacks and they brought me back to try to help me. Dr. Boby was with another client but he visited with us so he could see what was going on with me. He had a cancellation for the next day so I went to see him. He explained to me that what I was experiencing were panic attacks. These felt different than previously so at least I know what they are. He is referring me to a therapist and he also referred me to the Hill Project which is helping me with some basic help needs. I feel very blessed to have Henderson

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
