Horrible horrible place makes you wait 3 hours. And then takes an extra 2 weeks to get the correct prescriptions sent to the correct pharmacy!!! Any other industry, and they would be out of business.

I've been seeing doctor Fox for really long time. He has taken care of everyone of my needs. From my back, shoulder, neck and hips. I'm blessed to have found him. Doctor Fox is very good at what he does.

I’m in Florida 1 year; my primary physician referred me to Dr Fox for pain mgmt & it’s apparent that birds of a feather DO NOT flock together. I last needed pain mgmt srvs Nov 2021, but recently I fell in my home and my knees collected fluids~ I needed an appt asap to remove the fluids, stop the pain & allow me to walk/stand. I called Fox Ofc only to be put on hold & transferred to another line that rang forever- no one picked up, not even an answering machine. I called back & again I was transferred, only to be told Tracey, the person I needed to speak to, was on lunch, but my info would be put on a post it for a rtn call. I certainly asked if I should just call back; I was assured I’d get a call back- that never happened. I called Tracey after a couple of hrs and Tracey said I was a “RE-con” visit because I hadn’t been there since Nov & the soonest appt would be in SEPTEMBER! Appalled I asked, what am I supposed to do, get a new doctor??? Tracey replied, I can’t tell you what to do, I can only tell you, you can’t be seen here until Sept! 😳 A NEW DOCTOR IT IS! And while I’m researching that, I think I’ll research if Florida has a physician complaint organization to discuss RE-CON Policies for the handicap

Dr Ira Fox listened to me. Provided several options for pain relief. Ordered an MRI in advance and now I am pain free in my hip and looking forward to more knee relief. He calls to check how I’m feeling. He isn’t a pill pusher. He tries to fix not sedate the problem. I recommend join highly.

From day one my very first visit and meeting with Dr. Fox and his staff, has been nothing but amazing. He truly cares about his clients and their concerns or injuries. I have had two friends go there since I was referred by my friend. It is great to run into a doctor that actually cares about his patients.
