If you are looking for the best care from front desk to the doctor and after i highly recommend Dr. Martin and his team. They treated me with lots of TLC from the beginning of journey with my hernia surgery. They answered all of my questions and i didn't have to call them they called me to make sure i was ok. They are the best.

I got my pilonidal cyst excision surgery done under general anesthesia by him and it went very well. He's a clear expert in the field and with a warm personality. There was no pain afterward, my stitched-up wound did not open nor get infected, and recovery was without any problems. If you are considering him for your surgery, I highly recommend him.

One of Dr Martin's medical assistants was really incompetent. First she told me their blood pressure machine was accurate (it wasn't even close to my readings at home on a top rated Omron blood pressure machine). She couldn't get it work after a few tries, so then she decides to try a wrist monitor (those are not accurate at all) and she had me move in all sorts of positions including holding it near heart level and nothing worked. She brought in another medical assistant and she couldn't get the wrist blood pressure monitor to work either. So they pivoted back to the original upper arm monitor and finally it worked but at this point my anxiety and frustration had really kicked in. My blood pressure was really high - 154/99 and like most doctors offices they always take it in a rush, they don't lay your arm flat on a desk as recommended by cardiologists and I had no back support. Finally saw Dr Martin and that part of the visit went fine. I went home afterwards and took my blood pressure may 3 hours later and it was completely normal - 117/78 and that was one of the highest readings of four tries. The best one was 105/77. Then about a day later on their patient portal they put a notation that I was "counseled" about losing weight - I am 6'0 and weighed 189 with a cell phone in my pocket and fully clothed. I weighed myself on a highly rated digital score @ home and it was 183.2 nude. The BMI chart says I am considered on the high end of my normal weight range but if you take their weight (189) I have a BMI of 25.6 (barely overweight) and Dr Martin is heftier than I am so for him or his staff to write that was the last straw. I'll be getting my inguinal hernia surgery with someone else. These folks are ridiculous.

I went in for a gallbladder removal but I think I got an upgrade instead, at no extra charge. I feel better than ever, I can eat what I want. Recuperation was fast without complications. His entourage is helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. In all seriousness, I highly recommend Dr. Martin and his staff. Thank you so much for your professionalism. I feel like new!

From scheduling to follow up, Dr Martins office was thorough, communicated wonderfully well, and had an incredibly pleasant demeanor regardless of who you talked to. You can tell they all take great pride in delivering a quality experience to their patients. Dr Martin handled my surgery and everything about that went wonderfully well and he was a pleasure to interact with, very calming about the procedure, and did a great job to resolve my issues. I’d recommend he and his team to everyone who needs assistance. Great job

Dr Martin was top notch surgeon and person! His staff is remarkable, friendly and never was I rushed. The ladies are most efficient!
