Waited 2.5 hours past my appointment time. The staff are rude, and there were not enough seats for the overflow of patients - many had to wait outside or in their cars. Dr. Chai was kind but seemed distracted and disinterested. The visit was about 5 minutes. Her office then called me to cancel a week before my follow up. They said the dr. was canceling all of her appointments for a month because she was "overwhelmed." The next available appointment they offered was a month out. Requested a call from the doctor, since I needed to make a decision for insurance. Never received a response.

I've been a patient of Dr. Chai's for a number of years. She is the best! She takes her time with you, involves you in discussion to make you a part of your treatment. She asks questions and actually tries to help you in every medical and emotional way possible. I don't know what I would do without her. This office, the doctors and all of the staff are there for the patient and their needs, always. I'm a patient for life.
