First off this place is AMAZING. Not only are they humane, caring & comforting, but they treat you with respect and professionalism. 10 stars isn't enough! Shout out to Jesse, Julie, & Alex for taking great care of me. These women are golden and amazing humans! Modern day wonderwomen I say. They are very beautiful souls whom do their jobs excellent and go above and beyond. This place is super clean, organized and comfortable. The Dr is nice, and understanding. Great office I highly recommend!!

The staff is so kind and sweet! Doctor answered all my questions as well as the counselor. I definitely recommend this office.

I’m possibly ready to sue the doctor from the facility, without answers from the company. There’s something physically internally wrong. I feel constant pain in my uterus and no one will answer my calls, so I began the procedure of hiring Miami lawyers.

Kind, helpful, and patient

very insensitive and cold for the counselor/doctor. front desk is okayish but felt really judged when I cried and belittled when I called back for the follow up. there wasn’t any support offered for life/health after the decision. I’m absolutely traumatized from this. I was crying so hard for how hard and aggressive the doctor put the IV in that was the last thing I remembered until I woke up to someone belittling and borderline yelling at me if I understood the follow up instructions. It’s really unnecessary to have mainstream pop radio playing in the procedure room. I think the doctor messed something up internally for me.. considering the circumstances I’d think a clinic like this would be very compassionate, supportive and emotionally available but it shows they’re desensitized. it’s just numbers and money to them

Staff is rude and insensitive. There is no consideration for patients. As Healthcare workers you would expect them to have some pride in what they do and compassion for all their patients. If that's difficult to accomplish maybe this line of work isn't for you.

This facility is definitely recommended… I was very nervous going to the office and the staff was very attentive and caring… The doctor was very great.. I would definitely recommend this place..

The service that I receive from this office was excellent the doctor was amazing and the staff was friendly they ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to my friends and family thank you guys again.

From.Jessica Isaac I want to say this place it's a great place this was my first time going through this process I was referred for my doctor to come here when I walked in the door the receptionist which is the lady she greeted me with a pleasant smile and she gave me some documents for me to go ahead and fill out I completed the documents at the same time I had to see a counselor the counselor Miss Irene was so nice and so patient and explained it everything to me from the beginning to the end when it was time for me to do my procedure I was taken into a room I was kind of scared of it but of course it was my first time the nurse that was in there with the doctor was very nice with me she's from New York I forgot her name the doctor who performed the Ivy and me was patient was nice and made me feel comfortable when I got to the recovery room which it seemed like they happened so quick I didn't know where I was at the medication had me hallucinating just a little bit but it was a lady that her to be speaking Creole and she acts one of her nurses to come to me the Haitian lady came and she made me feel so comfortable and held my hands throughout the whole recovery so I could relax and calm down of course I don't borrow any of the patients but she made me feel so comfortable the staff in there are great their patient they're understanding and they're not there for the money they're there to help you and to educate you the the girls behind the counter are very nice in each of them greeted me with respect Dr Benjamin office make me feel comfortable I would refer anyone to that place I didn't feel anything at all whatsoever thank you guys you guys are the best
