Dr Vela is great! He takes his time to explain everything without rush. He is very professional and staff is very nice.

Very disappointed in this practice. I scheduled an online appointment and went at my scheduled time. I was told I don’t have an appointment and am not in the system. I call twice because the first person didn’t want to to deal with my questions as to why I have no appointment when it was scheduled so I was put through to a random department or ext and to call again. I finally speak to someone who sees I have a scheduled appointment but it was not confirmed because it was “missed”! So I booked time off work for nothing. Apparently the online booking system is a waste of time because incompetent staff do not notify patients if they are confirmed or not prior to the appointment date and some appointments are missed (office staff words). Day wasted and continued poor customer service. I will never see this doctor even if he is amazing because his team are incompetent and I don’t play about my health! Go somewhere that has a whole team that is effective and competent!!!
