List of Nigam Parikh's Reviews
Would not recommend, my husband made his appointment over a month ago and was told they were in-network from both the facility and our insurance company. we went for his new patient appt today and was told they no longer accept his insurance (effective 1/27/23). We did not receive a phone call notifying us of this and had to find out when he was checking in. We waited so long for him to get this appointment and he’s so disappointed but i guess this is a blessing in disguise
Dr Parikh is very knowledgeable, caring, professional and gives you all the time need at time of visit. Always follow up with his patients, I truly recommend Dr Parikh if you want a great caring physician
Extremely disappointed! On August 2019, I relocated to Tamarac, Florida from Arizona. Shortly after I arrived, I asked a relative whom I was staying with to recommend a primary care physician for me. My relative recommended Dr. Parikh, because he was her primary care Doctor as well; so i made an appointment for an initial visit in late November 2019. I presented my medical records to the Doctor, and scheduled an appointment for my annual physical in December 2019. After my physical, he scheduled me for a follow up in late January. After my January visit, I was told to do another set of blood work because my cholesterol level was borderline. After completing another round of blood work, they took yet another two series of blood work without really explaining why. Meanwhile, I developed a recurring prostatitis issue, and asked the Doctor for a prescription that I was previously on, and just refused to do it, thereby causing undue suffering. He is cold, incompetent, and uncaring.
The guy is a waste of space. Get a real doctor please. He doesn’t take any time to listen to your complaints and rushes you out of there. Came in there because I couldn’t see out of my right eye for 5 minutes. He just told me to go to a eye doctor and then to a anxiety doctor when I mention I get anxiety sometimes. I do not recommend him at all. Even his team at the MD urgent care can’t stand him either. Terrible.
Nigam Parikh is fantastic doctor.
my first visit was 3 stars and the return for evaluation 1 star my talk was done in 10 minutes and rush me out....
Very caring and communicative doctor. He has been my physician for over 10 years. Responds to questions and answers patiently. Explains the medication and diet restrictions every time I got for my checkup.
Dr Parikh is a competent physician who shines when not overbooked, and is amazing in a hospital setting. He is a kind and caring doctor, and worth the wait times.
My doctor is Katrina she's awesome however , appointments don't really matter. You don't get seen in a timely fashion!
I came in for a check-up as per a recommendation from a friend. The facility itself is very busy and hectic. I came in for a simple check-up and was met with a barrage of blood tests which totaled up to over $2000. Worst of all they did not explain these tests to me even after the fact and even to this day I have no idea what my current health status is. I called several times to the office to get an explanation of my results but was either met with a answering machine or an individual who isn't to well-versed in explaining lab results and although the individual was trying to help, gave misleading information. In the end, I'm met with a huge medical bill for a physical and have no idea what my current health status is and have to soon go to another doctor, effectively wasting my time and money. This facility needs to learn to be a care facility first and a business second.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
