List of Richard Rubenstein's Reviews
Kristian Williams is caring and knowledgeable. She is patient and allows you to ask questions and is very communicative. Been her patient for years 😊
I had a very good experience. Dr. Richard Rubenstein was very professional and very friendly and so was his staff. He cured my medical issue. Dr. Rubenstein has a wonderful personality and he does not talk down to you, like most Medical Doctors do because they are very arrogant. Dr. Rubenstein is not arrogant and is very, very humble. All Medical Doctors should follow his lead and act the way he does with patients. All Medical Doctors in his speciality have the skill, but do they have a great personality to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable, which is key in my opinion for any Medical Doctor of any speciality, that is why alot of Medical Doctors keep having so much turn over with their patients, they can't keep their patients, thus the patients go to another Doctor. There needs to be a "personality" test to determine who will graduate Medical school, I know wishful thinking.....lol Go see Dr. Rubenstein you won't regret it....... L. Lupino
Krystian Williams is the best PA. She listens to your questions and she solved my skin issues. There is no one else I will be going to. Fantastic staff and doctor. Listens to what your saying and cured my breakouts.
Best in the Business! I have seen Dr. Rubenstein for the last 24 years PLUS. He is a compassionate, educated and scholar in his field. Thank you Dr. Rubenstein for being the best! Oh, and I failed to mention I bring my children to this office as well, and he takes the upmost care with all of them, their skin is amazing! And if you’re looking for the best facials in town, ask for Mindy, she is the aesthetician and has been with Dr. Rubenstein for at least 24 years as well. She is number one in her class!
What a nice doctor! He listens, doesn't rush and gives suggestions. AND he's also very thorough.
Quick and very good at taking his time with you. Quick but didn't feel rushed. Office was nice, Covid safe and staff very friendly. Great doctor!
The office staff was very pleasant and accommodating! After finding a tiny black spot and panicking all weekend, they got me in on Monday! Dr. Rubenstein, his intern and nurse were all amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I’m confident in his knowledge and my fears were put to rest! Thank you!😁
Dr r is knowledgeable and has always been there for my skin care needs. Great staff and dependable service.
The first visit was fine when I had my mole removed. Dr. Rubenstein said I would receive a call if anything showed on my biopsy. I returned 2 weeks later for the follow up. Dr. Rubenstein was not there and I am told to go into a room with a young intern. He reads off his iPad and tells me “This is the most common type of skin cancer, it’s very easy to treat..” I’m confused. I tell him “No one called me to tell me this.” He says “Oh..uh, let me find out what happened” Long story short, he is told to hand me a card and refers me to a skin institute where they’ll give me “all the details.” I was stunned by the unprofessionalism of this office. No biopsy call. No doctor to come see me. I was shoved out of the office with a business card. Medical professionals charge a lot of money for their services and they only give you 3 minutes of their time to discuss a topic like skin cancer? A great example of the low level of medicine care this country is saddled with. I hope no one else has to go though this humiliating and scary experience.
Hello all, It would have been my first time visited this location but unfortunately it did not work out and here is why. I scheduled an appointment for both me and my family member 2 weeks in advance at different times. My family member appointment was at 9:00 AM on Friday January 3rd. My appointment was at 11:00 AM on Friday January 3rd. Even though we scheduled our appointment December 18th, I received a phone call on December 31st stating that the doctor will not be in on Friday for my appointment time. After asking if I can just come with my family member during their appointment, I was told the doctor will NOT BE IN AT ALL ON FRIDAY! I explained to the staff that I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance because I am having major issues and I am needing assistance and I cleared my schedule and took off of work that particular day. I also explained that it’s the 31st of December (is when I received the phone call) and all locations are closing early and tomorrow would be January 1st in which all locations would be closed. The staff woman just told me they could schedule an appointment for January 17th. Presently, I called to see if they had another availability time and they said they can squeeze me in for January 9th. I cancelled everything all together! All of the appointment that were made on Friday January 3rd has been cancelled and rescheduled for all consumers. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER’s TIME AT ALL! Despite the consumer making the appointment way in advance, which is ridiculous. Now I have to take time to make another appointment somewhere else and they’re all telling me they have appointments two weeks from today. Now, I have to take off of work yet again for my new appointment. I WILL BE PUTTING A REVIEW ON YELP AS WELL!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
