Shahrad Mabourakh's Online Review Report Card

I am eternally grateful that God placed Dr. Shahrad Mabourakh as an angel in the path of my mother and mine. I have been a registered nurse for about 30 years with thousands of experiences interacting with doctors at co-worker level assisting in many capacities and most importantly with patients at the bedside. This doctor, in my opinion, is the best doctor I have ever met in my life, from the role as a patient and as a professional. I have never encountered a Doctor willing to offer his cell phone number for patients to call if they have problems after hours and much less answer calls with such promptness and efficiency. I had to call him for my mother's health problems on a Monday and he not only ordered emergency radiology tests for that same day but also provided all the accommodations to see her the next day in his office. Additionally, he came to work half an hour before his scheduled time to fit my mother into his busy schedule for the day. This doctor is not only incredibly knowledgeable but he also has other valuable virtues such as his human quality, dedication, and devotion to his patients with whom he beautifully spends time educating his patients. On behalf of my mom Consuelo Saldarriaga, who is his patient and mine who takes her to medical appointments and will be a future patient of his, I highly recommend Dr. Shahrad Mabourakh. It is rare to have this kind of experience in the medical field with a doctor, but also with his staff that is just as friendly and hospitable as the doctor. I am very impressed with the doctor‘s bedside manners and i can promise you that a Dr. like him is not easily found now a days.

I have been a patient of Dr, Mabourakh a long time. He is a very considerate, patient and listener person. I have recommended him to my friends and they have not stopped thanking me. Mathew, Patty and staff are the best and always available when needed. I trust them all and give them a 10+

I am a daughter and caregiver of a patient who has been with Dr. Mabourakh for several years. The last few years have been incredibly challenging for our family but I have always been able to depend on Dr.M and the rest of his amazing and compassionate team. Caregivers need more doctors like this who are patient, kind, thorough and make themselves available to walk you through your "new normal" with aging parents. Dr. Mabourakh cares for his patients AND their families and it is a blessing to have him always on our side.

Dr. Mabourakh has provided excellent care to me ,over the past 14 years. I have trusted him with my life and will not change him for no other. His staff are always pleasant and courteous. Also no long waiting in the waiting room.

Today was the 2nd visit at West Broward Internal Medicine and I am very happy I have found this place. Everyone is so nice, Patty Perez is so patient explaining everything and answering any questions. I have never felt rushed.
