Dr. Kerr is an excellent doctor however the receptionist was not helpful at all. My family has been coming here for years with no issues. Recently went in and also called in for assistance only to be turned away due to an expired drivers license. Medical Care shouldn’t be denied because the of that at all. We pay out of pocket. The receptionist should understand that there are some people in America are not able to just walk into the DMV and get an ID because they have to wait due to legal reasons. I even explained to the receptionist that we have been there before and she refused to help. We should have a profile and should be able to schedule an appointment with no problem. The receptionist confirmed that we have a profile in the system however she said that’s it’s been too long, assuming the profile will need to be updated. Safe to say that we will not be back and we will find a new PCP that understands our situation. The annoying part is that after I called in for my family member, the receptionist then called my family member with the phone number on file. So why does the profile need to be updated if you were able to get in contact with the patient?

We have been going to Dr. Kerr's offices for years. She has always taken the time to listen and address any concerns. My wife and I both strongly recommend Dr. Kerr's office and expertise to anyone wanting to take care of their health.

Staff was nice. Dr Kerr is very good and takes her time with you. Do not feel rushed. She does not take appointments but can walk in anytime. Nice to know she is available.

Kind, caring staff and phenomenal doctor. Dr. Kerr is knowledgeable and highly effective. She treated me and I was better within 48 hours. She and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me after hours. Thank you all!

Dr Kerr has been taking care of my mother. She is the total package. Very caring, very knowledgeable, very professional and great with elderly people. Added bonus is her staff are very nice too

The best Dr. ever.. i wish she took my my insurance... she cares for her patient in every aspect.. i am so very sorry she dont take my insurance. i am some one who is very scared of Dr. and she help me over come that fear... i recommend her to every body i know ... with insurance or without insurance. She cares for her patient and listen to all i had to say with all of my health concern, thank you so much Dr. Kerr Sonja. Please continue to do your great work.
